Ordered with mobile app. I ordered 10pc chicken nugget and large mocha frappe. My ode was correct but I didn’t get any napkins or a straw. Normally I wouldn’t care except this time there were more associates than customers and straws very helpful as are the napkins.

Ordered a big Mac meal consisting of sandwich, drink, and fries. Opened the sandwich and was so shocked that I closed it up and returned it. Never received a sorry or comment from the employee who appeared to be a supervisor. The second sandwich was not much better. I will not be eating here if this is what they serve nowadays.

Food always cold, and if you go early in the morning and ask for a sweet tea, you will get unsweetened tea every single time
