Accidentally forgot to stop at the first window to grab my receipt. As I'm pulling to the second window , the cashier throws my receipt out the window , and I know it's mine , because I watched her do it and went back for it. Very immature mysterious green hooded drive through worker. It wouldn't have been that hard to just take it to the next window.

They forgot stuff in my order and my kids were so upset and as a former employee of McDonald’s I expect a higher bar because I know how it works. I believe they were short staffed but with being short staffed good customer service and communication goes a long way.

When i got there ( I am from AZ) I never thought I was going to make my apt on time because there were so many people in the driver thru. But I was not in line for no more than. I kid you not 3 min. The line was to the road but they got us all out before my song on the radio ended lmao. Good job is all I can say 👏👏👏
