I am traveling here from another state. The food was absolutely amazing and a beautiful presentation. My server was Hollie and she was so sweet and kind. I also loved Abdur I witnessed his care for patrons with food allergies.
I plan to eat here again when I am back in Dublin

Friends suggested 101 Craft kitchen - Great dining experience. Just a nice place to catch up with friends and have a good meal. One of the best servers I can remember having, waited on us. Ice teas were never empty food was in reasonable time.
The appetizers (soft pretzels and house tater tots) were good.
All meals and sandwiches were very good -
Pork schnitzel with braised cabbage, potatoes and vinaigrette arugula.
Fried fish dinner fries and slaw.
Lemon pepper chicken sandwich and beet and kale salad.
Turkey salad and house made chips.
First time eating there. Money well spent. Looking forward to dining there again.

Excellent rotational menu, level of inventiveness is consistent, quality of kitchen output is better than most places anywhere. Pricing's good staff is good, atmosphere is kind of a yawn but you know what it's a great place and does not disappoint!

Kennedy was a wonderful server and made our dining experience the best. She was very pleasant and knew her menu very well. We appreciated her ideas on helping us order. The Brie and apple sliced grilled cheese was absolutely delicious. That and the soup was so tasty. Would love that sandwich on the permanent menu.
Food was a bit salty for me when I got the turkey and cheese, but nothing to be done. The 101 burger, kale salad, and fries were really good! Never has a kale&beat salad better then here!

Super disappointed, the burger I received was so raw you could literally hear it mooing. The Mac n cheese was absolutely horrendous. Bread crumbs were stale, the dish almost had like a chemical taste to it. Only thing good I have to say is the Parmesan fries were pretty good. Ordered DoorDash too so now I have to order somewhere else and wait longer for food. Really bummed.
