My boyfriend and I went to this location and we were charged almost $23 dollars. It seemed off so I checked the app to compare and I was right. Our meal should have been less than $12 dollars. I’m very upset with the worker.

I decided to try the Angus Cheesesteak. This looks like a big pile of mush on a bun. I asked to add lettuce (.50 cents) barely got any. I asked for tomatoes (.50 cents) DID NOT GET ANY.
No peppers., No Onions.
The taste is not too bad considering how greasy this item is. I will try it from another Arby’s that cares about presentation, but based on this sandwich. STAY AWAY FROM IT.

For the last month they keep giving me a plain, dry roast beef sandwich when I order a Beef n' Cheddar. At least my milkshake and mozzarella sticks were good.
I am beyond angry and disappointed with the horrible experience I had at your location. From start to finish, this was a disaster that shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
First, the woman who took my drive-thru order was extremely rude. She had a very harsh tone, made me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering food, and her accent was so difficult to understand that I had to ask her to repeat herself – which clearly irritated her even more. She had a short bob haircut and looked to be middle-aged. There was absolutely no excuse for the attitude she gave me. I left the speaker feeling disrespected and talked down to.
To make matters worse, I waited a ridiculously long time only to get home and find an item missing from my order – an item I was charged for! I tried calling the store multiple times, and no one had the decency to answer the phone. When someone finally did pick up, I asked to speak to the manager, and guess what she said? “I am the manager.” That was the final straw. I hung up. Clearly, there’s no accountability at this location.
This experience was completely unacceptable. If this is the kind of service your “manager” provides, I can only imagine what the rest of the team is like. I want my money back and an actual manager or regional supervisor to contact me, because this will not be the last time I complain if this is brushed off.
Arby’s – you need to clean house at this location. Your customers deserve better.

I’ll be honest there’s a few off putting things. The past few times I’ve been to the location whomever is working on back line isn’t making sandwiches the best.
There’s no way I’ve paid for a turkey, bacon ranch and get a quarter size squirt of ranch.

I also hate ordering on the app because you can’t add customizations like no ice for drinks, choosing a 6 piece mozzarella sticks unless you choose large or choose extra sauce or toppings.
There’s also no choice to redeem the deal at the restaurant so it forces you to order ahead for pick up.
Then on top of that when you order ahead you have to go inside to pickup the order…
So what’s the real incentive ? You don’t earn rewards.
I also wish they’d update their kids menu. Offer grilled chicken tenders as an option, some sort of fruit.
Some of their competitors have them best when it comes to their app!

Every time I DoorDash from this place, I never get Arby sauce. They hoard it for themselves and they never put it in my mobile order. I’m at my wits end with this place for the love of Christ. Please just start putting Arby sauce in your mobile orders from DoorDash! Especially when I order it and when I do get it, I only get a single packet and horsey sauce. I don’t even like horsey sauce nor did I even order horsey sauce. Please, Arby’s fix yourself

It is February and freaking Ohio and the lobby is freaking 63° and it is ridiculous there are three of us in here patrons and we all have full Park as zipped up on we've asked the staff to turn the heat up three times and none of them were given permission to do so and they are very kind and awesome and friendly and good their jobs I found this ridiculous I've never left a Google review less than four stars in my life or had any complaints this bad. By the time I got my beautiful fresh hot food the staff created for me I opened the foil packets and exposed my sandwiches and they were all cold within 59 seconds. UNREAL experience 🤷♂️

Dining area definitely has a 90's decor but that's how I like it.
