They gave us old dried pretzels that were ok the display box. They were burnt too.
Never received such worst pretzels from any of the other locations.

They got racist employee working here. Alex fired a girl for speaking about it. Don’t spend your money here, go somewhere else. They wanna be complicit in racism, boycott this place
Food was great and the young lady named Taii that took care of me was wonderful. She was extremely friendly and made the experience 100 times better. definitely recommend
I ordered the pretzel nuggets and they were completely burnt on the bottom and were completely hard and inedible. The cheese was also cold. I spent over $30 and won’t ever be coming back, someone needs to check their employees because whoever sent these out is extremely lazy and incompetent. This was 03/31/25 between 6-7pm
i love this location, ive spent so much here i couldnt even count! taiza is my favorite worker here and shes always so kind and helpful! definitely give this place a shot!
Just make sure you ask for fresh Pretzels. I was craving a Pretzel and got an old one. Ruined it for me.

My Guy Dakota always has great service with me whenever I come to get a snack. Food is always comes fresh and warm. Very calm and chill environment.
