I am so happy to have found this fantastic Bagel shop! The staff was extremely friendly, the store was very clean and most importantly the bagels were delicious! My family is obsessed with the cream cheese- it’s amazing! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back for more!!!

they didn’t have soap in either bathroom wonder how they’re washing their hands?? Out of ice out of cup lids… When I told them they didn’t have soap in either bathroom, nobody said anything. It’s not busy here. No one in here and no one is going to get what you want your child washing your hands there’s no soap in the bathroom. How are they washing their hands? That’s my biggest pet peeve …. Disgusting

I went in on 7-12-2025 at 10:50 AM to get some breakfast. When I walked in a young lady with brown hair was working, I greeted her and said “how are you today?” And she didn’t respond. She asked what I wanted coldly. I said “please” and “thank you” after literally every thing I said to her. She was short with me and seemed visibly upset that she had to communicate with me. I didn’t let it bother me until the next person who was a female came in line and got treated entirely differently. The employee working was smiling and happy with the female customer and treated her with the respect that I was treating the employee with but was not returned to me. The employee sat my bagel on the counter without a bag and walked away. When the female customer got to the end of the counter, the employee offered her a bag, and told her to have a nice day. Then I asked the employee for a bag and she handed it to me, then looked at the female customer right in front of me and said “have a nice day” to her again. Not once did she extend any friendliness or respect that I showed to her back to me. She seemed about late high school or early college aged and spoke English as her primary language. I spoke to the female customer and said “it must be nice to be treated nicely by people” and she said “wow, I can’t believe she was rude to you like that”. I can see why this place isn’t nearly as busy as it used to be, higher prices along with getting treated poorly just for the way you look. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back here because I had a similar experience a couple years ago with a different employee and it took me a while to finally come back. PLEASE train your employees to treat every customer the same, or at least the polite customers who say “please” and “thank you” over and over again. It’s really not that difficult.

Typically I love this place. However the last few times I have visited… it has been unbarably hot inside. I don’t know how the staff can stand it all day long. That can’t be workable conditions for the employees.
Don’t think I will be back this summer.

I bought a half dozen bagels, 4 everything, 2 Asiago. My wife and I enjoyed a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. It was outstanding!!! Loved every bite!

TLDR: sandwich was so screwed up
The lady who made my sandwich was so sweet, greeted me when I came in and was patient for me to decide. With this being my first time at this location, it started on a good note! I had asked for an egg and honey roasted turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce and cheese on Asiago Bagel. And for it to be toasted. The lady asked me 3 times if I wanted it toasted, I said yes each time. I ran out to my car to grab my wallet and came back in to finish the payment and went on my way. I didn't check her work because I trusted her I guess I shouldn't have. Got home and my sandwich wasn't toasted at all, got regular turkey instead of Honey Roasted, didn't have egg, it had bell peppers on it and the bagel was stale. What in the world went wrong?? I still ate because I was starving but man I was not happy. Thanks for making me realize that I should just stick to the Polaris location.

We have been going to this bagel shop for a number of years and recently have fallen in love with the quality of the bagels and Service keep up the good work

If you buy a bagel dog at a bagel shop, you expect them to actually make the bagel dog not microwave a frozen product which is what we got a Barry's today. Disappointing.

Kept it simple with a bagel and cream cheese. Was excellent. The bagel had just the right amount of chew to it and the southwest jalapeno cream cheese had great flavor and just the right amount of spice. Highly recommend.

I’ve never actually set foot in this place, but I order delivery from here. I saw the reviews about them not opening on time. I placed an order a few minutes after they opened and it was canceled because apparently the place wasn’t open for real yet. Everytime I ask for a specific modification (way less meat. Nothing that costs more) and everytime I throw away 2/3 of the meat on the sandwich. I giggle, because I can taste the spite from here lol. Who declines a modification that saves the place money? That said, the bagels are good and they offer a favorite sandwich of mine you can’t get a lot of places.
