staff was very friendly and accommodating and bagels were fresh and delicious. there is a sign at the front that shows the ingredients for all of the bagels so those with dietary restrictions can feel comfortable!

I needed a quick bite so last Saturday I went to Barry's Bagels. I asked for a toasted sesame bagel. Before I could stop the person putting on the butter, she slathered so much butter on both sides of it, wrapped it and handed it down to the cashier. When I got to my place of business which is nearby, I opened it and it almost gagged me to see how much butter was on this bagel! I tried to wipe it off as best I could with a paper towel, but basically it had melted so much my bagel was ruined. I ate about 1/2 of it and tossed the rest. My last trip to this establishment. Even though I occasionally work nearby, I haven't gone there in a long time. What puts me off a little is the condition of the glass in the front of the store. That needs more consistent attention than the business owners give it.

Love the bagels, hate the service. Was there today, three people working all saw me. One behind the counter said, " we'll be right with you" then walked to the back and disappeared. After a good 5 minutes a lady sweeping put down her broom and came and made my bagels. Sometimes therr are 5-6 people in sight, only one working the counter, and there's a line.

Yep, I love these bagels!! Asiago is perfectly baked so that when you toast it at home it's not overly crunchy. Love blueberry, plain, cinammon, sesame. Something tells me that you can't go wrong with any of their bagels!

First and last time I go here. Visited 10/23/24. Staff were complaining and very unfriendly. Bagels and sandwiches were disgusting. They literally had no clue what a toasted cheese sandwich was, even though it was on menu. Are you serious??

If you’re going to use the Too Good To Go app to order from the Westerville location, don’t bother. They cancel during your pickup window so you get no advance notice your order was canceled. And the attitude on the employee wasn’t necessary either (there were a few of us who showed up only to be turned away). Zero plans to ever return.

I love everything bagels and have them any time I go to a bagel place and this place has the best ones I've ever tried, hands down. The sandwich I had was great and my family enjoyed their sandwiches too. The service was slightly off... everyone who works there is pleasant but the "assembly line" was a little chaotic. One of the women making the sandwich couldn't speak English very well and also spoke very quietly so it was hard to know what she was asking. There were plenty of people behind the counter working, however none of them seemed to know what job they were supposed to be doing. If they tighten that up, then 5 stars.
Wouldn't know how good the bagels were had I not been making a Amazon delivery here thank you!

I have to admit I am a latecomer to Barry Bagels. I first discovered them in their hometown of Toledo, where they are an institution. I was thrilled to learn there are a few shops right here in Columbus, too!
Barry Bagel’s are boiled and not baked - and that makes all the difference. Crunchy on the outside and chewy delicious on the inside…I am hooked. Both local locations are terrific and the service is patient and friendly.
Do yourself a favor and stop in. Taste the difference and you will be hooked. My favorite combo is a toasted Asiago Cheese with scallion cream cheese and a slice of tomato.

Please stop changing your store hours. It's nearly impossible to time a trip there to get bagels since you open after I leave for work and close well before most get off. The last two times I have managed to hit that magic window I wasn't even able to get a dozen bagels because the selection is so depleted. I love Barry bagels but this location is driving me nuts.

A big upgrade with the service at this location. Avery waited on me and did a fantastic job, she deserves a raise. The new manager greeted me and was super pleasant and helpful. This has not always been my experience at the Dublin location. As usual, the bagels were great.

I ordered a catering/take out for an executive meeting. The service, for a very early morning was exceptional. Julie, the manager provided such personalized service, it was impressive. The bagels being fresh impressed my guest in this meeting and that was what I needed! Thank you for being part of the team on that day! You knocked it out of the park! FRESH HOT BAGELS!
