This was my first experience at BD's Mongolian Grill, and I walked in with no expectations whatsoever. To my surprise, my expectations were completely exceeded! One of the most exciting aspects was the ability to select my own ingredients from various fresh vegetables, meats, and noodles. Watching the skilled chefs cook my custom creation right before my eyes was truly captivating; the vibrant colors and sizzling sounds made for an engaging dining experience.
The food was excellent—each bite was flavorful, and I loved the option to customize sauces for an added kick. Despite the restaurant being quite packed that evening, the service was attentive and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, my visit to BD's Mongolian Grill was a delightful culinary adventure that I can't wait to repeat!

Nice employees and wait staff. I had the unlimited bowl with the soup and salad bar. The salad was good it had all the basics, and the vegetables were all very fresh and crisp. The soup was a disappointment, I expected hot sour, wonton, or egg drop soup, at least some type of Asian soups. If I had to guess, it was some type of tomato soup and chicken tortillas soup. Which had been sitting in the warmer too long. The soups were very salty and thick. The Mongolian Grill part had a wide selections of items such as shrimp, chicken, beef, and plenty of veggies and condiments. My food was overcooked on the grill and had burnt pieces of my food and burnt pieces that came off the grill from previous orders. They really need to clean the grill much better. The grill is black from all the caked on food and sauces, and it flakes off onto your order. I took my family to eat and it was very disappointing.

Our server was great. Kept the rice, tortillas, and drinks full. Food is always amazing. The facility was clean. The bathrooms were well kept and clean. Perfect place to grab a great bite and if you are in a hurry this is the place.

Raw buffet. Chicken and steak cooked on the same griddle without cleaning. They just scrape excess off in between customers. Serving dishes wet and stacked together. Bathrooms are unattended and dirty. Never going back.

Love the environment and friendly staff, but the food was burnt due to the grill being under cleaned. Sauce containers should be inspected before serving to New Guest or just stick to the disposable ones.

Service was poor . Had to wait for drinks . The bowl of food that had to be cooked in back because of allergies , took forever to get done and when brought to the table the bowl was not cooked all the way . Had to be sent back . Also gratuity was put on my bill at 18 percent ( for my party of 4 ) . My sister and her husband was also charged 18 percent . When asked about it . Manager came to table very rude . They have it printed very small on menu ! I felt that should have been told to us in advance.we should have been able to choose our tip amount!! Will not go back ! Manager Nick should not have a job ! Needs training in customer service!! Make sure to read small print before you order food !

We hadn't been to BD's in 5 years or so. But we have been here twice in three weeks now. The value for your dollar is excellent. I always get unlimited because I can't stop at one bowl. Servers are super friendly. We love BD's.

Had a good experience it was all new to me kinda gave me hibachi vibes with a twist having all of the different sauces and vegetables and you put youd own seasons together i was kinda lost on how things work, and the server could have done a better job explaining how to put it together. But a great server, she was loved the way the room was set up and how patients they were with us as we had about 40 of us with kids.

Best service I've experienced in a long time. My server was very kind. He was very busy, but he didn't miss a beat. The gentleman who helped seat me also was incredibly gracious with helping me clean my glasses as he noticed I was struggling. I love this restaurant. The food is amazing, the people are warm and welcome and willing to go above and beyond for their guests. 10/10 reccomend every time.
