This has always been our favorite restaurant to go to as a family. Always at least one visit when my daughter is home from college.

Just trying to enjoy a lunch day out, everything was going great at first, the server that we had was great. Just wish that they woukd of asked if we are just only having one bowl or unlimited.We got up got our food that we wanted to get fixed got up to the counter to be prepared. There was no one at the counter, so we waited then we were told to move to the other side of the counter, so we moved the guy that was in charge of the grill got everything started, then walked away. Then came back sprayed the grill again then his phone rang so he went and took the phone call, walked away for a bit. Then proceeded to walked outside the counter to talk on the phone while we were standing there , which made us mad ?. Then waiting to proceeded to take his phone to the cooking area and continue to talk on his phone while we are standing right there infront of us. Then i turned to get someone's attention, then i noticed that the manager at that time noticed what was going on. Then she just walked around staring at her cook, then the guy got off the phone and began with our order. But helped another customer with their order to the next to us to be prepared/cooked. Then instead of saying sorry for the wait, she proceeded to say about what is coming new to the place. Im thinking to myself and talked to my husband, are u serious that's all we get. Very unprofessional. Never came to our table to apologize for the wait or anything. We didnt really get a chance to enjoy our lunch do to that we had to rush and eat due to had to be back due to other obligations. Close to $44 meal for something like wasnt really worth it. Do Better and hold your employees accountable for their actions

Good atmosphere here. I like how you pick what you want to eat and they cook it for you. Egg shells suck in the food though. Seems everyone of us had egg shells in our food. (8 of us)Price is fair, but to pay $6.50 for fried rice is just stupid, while steamed rice come included. We just got vegetable rice. I could understand a $1-2 for the tiny bowl they give you.Overall a good change if dinning out for lunch, or dinner.

As soon as we walked in the door, the lobby was disorganized. Several people cut the line to join the waitlist while we were clearly waiting to get checked in.

No proper line set up to check in people, just crowded up and cutting in line it’s chaotic. Didn’t even get food because people are ignorant and the workers are doing nothing to keep the check in process organized.

Service was good, but the food was awful. Every thing that came off the grill tasted burnt, just terrible. The meat, if you could call it that, was sub par and the beef... well let's just say it was horrible. I have enjoyed B D's' many tines before, but won't be going back!,
