Good server and food was tasty, hot, and timely. Noise level is a little high but food is worth it.

We had 1:00 reservation for 9. We were 15 minutes early. They made us stand in the lobby till 1:00. They were not busy. The service and food was slow we were there for 1 hour and 40 minutes The food was very good.

We were a large group so I know that can be overwhelming, but we are a polite family. Our waiter did not really seem to be well organized. It was good food, with a few mistakes made and thankfully he was able to fix most of them. Once the food issues were fixed, we didn't see him for a very long time. We started to wonder if the checks would come. When they did, they were not correct, but we decided to cut our losses and get out of there.

Wasn't seated until 25 minutes after reservation. Terrible terrible service, out of food. Came for Father's Day no greeting no cup given.

Never go on a Weds night. Despite the place being mostly empty, our server completely forgot about our table.

My rice had been sitting a long time, so it was a bit hard. The steamed broccoli was closer to raw broccoli. My steak was tough.
My friend had the jambalaya, which was too SPICY.
Personally, I have never liked the beers here.
I usually give second chances, but my money is better spent elsewhere. (I thought it was very pricey... $20+ for a pasta dish?!)

BJ's Restaurant lost a customer today. One of our party was served a beer completely full of foam and was told it would settle in a minute. It eventually settled about 10 minutes later. One of our party received their complete meal when none of the others did. After an unusually long wait (at least 30 minutes after ordering), the other meals came out, but the burgers were not accompanied by the fries. We were told the fries would be out shortly. About half way through our meal, the fries arrived. The restaurant was not particularly busy, but was over staffed as 6 wait staff were standing around chatting with nothing better to do, apparently. Then the waitress wanted to bring us our bill before we were done eating. To top it off, when we were paying, we realized they put our friends dinners on our card, and our dinners on their card. It was about a $20 difference. The apology was weak. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The entire experience here was piss poor. We went there on a Saturday night around 8:30 pm and it was dead. Even still it took almost 30 minutes for a server to take our order and then another 35 for our food to arrive. We ordered two burgers and a kids pizza with fruit. The burgers weren’t half bad but the kids pizza was cold and the fruit was mushy. We also ordered the cookie pies or whatever and they were burnt to a crisp. Will definitely not be going to this location again. The atmosphere too was dismal and the place just looked dingy and lack luster. The one on Polaris is much better.

Wings and honey siracha brussel sprouts were awesome. Deep dish pizza was a little dry could use more sauce. Fish and chips are a no go. steak and shrimp scampi, steak was so tough it was inedible, hostess said it is a tougher cut. she was friendly but thats not really the answer you are looking for when you are talking about a $30 meal. Ordered dessert and coffee, they were out of coffee (smh). They did deduct the price of the steak from the bill. including tip, bill totaled $240, for that price I would try another restaurant.

Worst service I could ever imagine. Waiting almost an hour for an in app order for FIVE pzookies! Absolutely no service. Not a single person has been here to help. Worst BJs experience I’ve ever encountered.

Waited 20 minutes when we had a reservation to be seated at a table that was meant for 7 people and we fit 9 in. No point in having a reservation if they don't actually reserve a table for you!

Sorry, our experience took way too long. We had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Took another 15-20 minutes to be greeted and place a drink order. Food was fine and server was nice, but our dinner experience lasted close to 2 hours. (It felt longer.)

Our service was terrible. Took an hour for appetizers. We had to ask for everything, water, flatware, and when the food would come. Issues happen sometimes but the server should let you know that there is an issue.

Food wasn't well cooked. Our server did not offer anything or ask if we needed to an alternative meal, he just took the whole plate back tot he kitchen. I paid for a meal I didn't eat.

TJ is the BEST!! GREAT customer service. We actually come here because TJ makes our night awesome!!!

Good music, the service was good.
