Wait to get seated was 40 minutes long. When we got seated it took almost and hour and a half to get our food. Our food was missing some stuff but overall good food. People next to us were swearing to there kids and having their phone volume up to max. I overall did not have a good time, never going here again.

We got there as they opened and it was nice and quiet. Food came out quick and was very good! We usually go to cracker barrel for breakfast because it’s close to us, but the breakfast we had here was actually better. The waitress was very nice and attentive also.

Terrible, terrible service. Waited over an hour to get our food and we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Server never came back to our table to check in or provide refills. Kids meal was the last out. Food was burnt and skimpy. We had to ask for our check and stood at the front waiting for another ten minutes or longer for someone to check us out. Terrible. Do not recommend. I cannot believe this is considered acceptable.

Haven't been to a bob evans in ages (except the one time I did work on the 161 locations kitchenand I wouldn't eat there after that) and boy did I miss absolutely nothing about this place. While we did come in during a busy time the restaurant was not packed. Our server was alright, it seemed a bit understaffed and our server was a bit spread thin but she was trying (I do wish that our server stopped by more often). The food was alright at best and took FOREVER to get out (by the time we ordered the restaurant was half full). I probably won't ever return to a bob evans ever again, there's not much to miss here.

I guess we take for granted the pleasure of being able to go here anytime we want. We were visited by one of our friends from Arizona. He always makes it a priority to go to Bob Evans when he visits. Going there with him was fun seeing how much he loves it. Our food was great and the wait staff was very friendly. We will be returning again soon!

Worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant. Waited over an hour for our food. Ants on the window sill. Had to ask for us to get drinks when they were empty. Other people were getting up and leaving because it was taking too long. Think twice before going to this bob Evans especially if you don’t have 2 hours to sit down and eat.
The service was great? thank you Ms Kim?I ordered a Southwest omelette ask for no meat but when I got home it had meat in it could not eat it next time I will build my omelette that was my fault?♂️ the food was good and hot?

My favorite local breakfast spot! Management and wait staff are excellent. They are friendly and hard working. Food is always good and if something needs fixing they handle that right away. I am here for breakfast as often as I can be. ?
