Not welcoming whatsoever. As soon as I enter, the waitress who was waiting at the service desk looks at me, says nothing, and walks away. Additionally, the manager and another employee were talking at the service desk. I walk up to them, they just look at me, unhappy as can be and don’t say anything until I say I have a pick-up order. The customer should not have to come into a restaurant with unpleasant people and direct them. A “welcome in” or “how can we help”…..or even smile should have been implemented.

Bob Evans seems to become a Denny's. I have not visited a Bob Evans in a few years, sadly disappointed on the quality of the food. I had a very simple meal two eggs, hash browns and fried steak with gravy. I have lost hope for these chain restaurants.

Posting this on behalf of an Amish friend who just brought his family in for dinner after spending the day at the zoo. They were turned away because they had a party of 15. I didn't realize that Bob Evans was doing so well financially that they could simply turn customers away.

Ordered a fabulous breakfast for executives. My entire order was not there when it was delivered. It was very disappointing as I had to run out to pick up the biscuits. The food was a hit, as I knew it would be, but the service was bad.
