Portion sizes were disappointing to me, especially when paying more for traditional foods. I found the floor to be very greasy and there are no trash cans in the dining room whatsoever or anywhere for public use, when I asked why they told me to just leave my mess on the table and they would clean it up, I found that very confusing as I had no server and had paid already and wasn't impressed with service by any means. I wasn't seated and you stand in line choosing alacart, paying at the end and so I left no tip which isn't like me at all but that's how I roll when there isn't service to tip.

Food is good. Only problem is that they gave me veggies instead of Mac and cheese. This is not ok because I didn't not ask for stupid veggies. I'm mad and disappointed. Good chicken though

Kids and I always enjoy our food and experience here. Tonight we had family for 4 meal and we got meatloaf, with Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, dressing, and corn. It comes with your choice of meat and 4 sides plus cornbread. We also shared a piece of chocolate cake and pecan pie. Everything was delicious and we couldn't eat it all so leftovers for later, yum.

Check the bag. just bought a prime rib dinner and a kids meal. Got home and the horse radish, aju, and kids drink were not in the bag. Unacceptable.
I have been here a couple of times. I hadn't been to a Boston Market in years. The food was still really good. The chicken (I got the dark) was moist and flavorful. The side where the same as I remember. They were delicious, especially the sweet potato casserole. I used to love the cornbread. I still do, but it seems smaller than I remember. The staff was friendly and I will absolutely be back.
