not the first time coming but won’t be the last! the new girls working in the shop are always pleasant to be around and they’re always playing fun music. got the caramel apple tea for the spooky season and loved it! i love the calm and happy environment with all the plants and art!

Ordered a Strawberry tea, add milk and boba, paid, and saw the receipt later....charged $8.25. $7.25 for the tea, and $1.00 for no ice? We didn't ask for no ice, they just made it that way. Tea was fine, but just expensive, and charged more for them deciding to make it with no ice. 1st ever visit to Bubbles, and the last for sure.

Very unwelcoming and rude. Girl with pink short hair told me after I paid for a bowl that they were completely out of fruit I told them I wanted a refund. Was told a manager wasn’t there so I couldn’t get a refund. Left without anything. Came back a day later and asked if I could have it made again since I paid and got nothing the same girl told me she gave me a bowl without any toppings and was super rude about. Didn’t get my bowl or money back. Now every time I come in she gives me an attitude followed by dirty looks. Very disappointing because I come here almost everyday. Miss the old team and customer service.

Lady with lip piercings didn’t make my drink right and it seemed on purpose because she smirked when pouring it in the cup.

The staff need to be trained about the cleanliness and not rude to the customers.I was not happy with my drink , tasted horrible. Hope i can reach out to the manager in this store .

Morgan is incredibly rude. She seemed rude to other employees and service was awful. Had to wait so long for her to notice me and take my order. She was bent over the counter on her phone and would continue to keep checking her phone non stop and seemed distracted… she had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times. Absolutely love their drinks but the service i experienced today was awful and i don’t think i will be coming back while that woman is there.

Doors closed prior to 8pm. Could at least print or write on a sheet of paper your store correct store hours...

Too sweet smoothies. They do not let you choose the level of sweetness and they do not even use real fruit. I pay 6 bucks for cheap syrup, artificial flavor and water mix…

I went at 5pm and they where closed. Waste if time

6pm on a Monday and they are closed? Not sure what’s going on there which is disappointing as they have pretty good bubble tea.
