Great service at lunchtime! Food came out fast and hot, wait staff was kind and made good suggestions. I don’t know what cleaning solution bww uses, but everything is always so sticky.

I was there this evening. The service was poor. The place is dirty. The bar tender had the worst demeanor and looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there which made us not want to be there either. Everyone working g looked miserable.

Unacceptable Treatment at Buffalo Wild Wings: I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my orchestra students, two directors, and a parent. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unacceptable behavior from the management. Some of our students got up to talk to each other, which apparently prompted the manager to ask us to leave abruptly. The manager could have had us sit in a more contained area or given a warning. To make matters worse, they took our drink orders but never returned with them. Instead of addressing any issues politely or offering solutions, they simply kicked us out. This kind of treatment is not what you expect from a public establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings. The lack of respect shown towards us was appalling and left a very bad impression on everyone involved.

Ordered my food online walked in and was told it was going to be 1.5 hr till I got my food. Even the hostess was telling walk in they may not see any food tonight. Terrible experience hopefully they canceled my order correctly so I get issued my refund.
Rarely they've gotten a take out order 100% right.

vacuuming while people are enjoying meals at 8:30pm. closing time is 12! honestly ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful. stood waiting for a host for about 8 minutes before deciding to head out. multiple people (including the one vacuuming) saw us approach the host stand and continued to ignore. if you don’t want to make money just say that.

Love BW3... however... i HATE blue cheese. Boss took us for a lunch, ordered the buffalo chicken salad, i said specifically " NO blu cheese, none, zero, i cant stand it.." server promised no blu cheese. Get the salad, doused with chunks of blue cheese. I made the best of it but the other thing is, i asked for carribean jerk instead of buffalo. Now, i EXPECTED it to be tossed and coated on the chicked, but no it was just the small cup of it, and the chicken on the salad,? Just 3 big tenders, uncut, which were difficult to cut with just a fork. Sooo. Yeah, not the best dish not coming how i wanted it, BUT BW3 is still on the work lunch list.... for now..
