This place is really bullshit. this is the first place ever after you get some Burger leave your charger you 69 cents for clear water. Disgusting

Went in here for dine in, and my order was wrong twice. I asked for a refund, and they wanted the drinks back too. I will never be back at this establishment. Poor customer service. We went to Wendy's instead.

Ordered the 2 bacon cheeseburgers, suppose to be 2 for 5 but apparently if you don’t say the full deal promo they will charge you separately without getting the deal. Even after the confusion they still wouldn’t give me the deal, just poor service at the drive thru. Don’t go to this location

I really hate to give this Burger King a low rating, only because I used to get burgers through the drive thru previously and always had a good experience. I would say the last time I visited this particular Burger King was 6-7 months ago prior to this evening. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, requested the cheeseburger value meal and was told they did not have any hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Whoppers, or Whopper Jr.s, but they had the Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich and the Original Chicken Sandwich. I figured this poor guy had probably been dealing with customers complaining all night about the missing burger situation (despite the restaurant’s name), so I just went with the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I pulled up to the pickup window and paid for my food and was given my drink. There was a minivan in front of me fully loaded with people. Then a car pulled up behind me. Because I was at the window, I could see that there were two people working; one making food, the other bagging the food and working the drive thru. I also saw that these two employees were doing the best they could to get orders out, but the arrival of the car behind me (and another pulling into the parking lot) caused quite a bit of yelling and stressful interaction. So obviously there’s an issue of understaffing here if 3 cars in the drive thru causes such a problem. My wait was a total of 22 minutes. The other issue is Burger King not having any burgers. I really wanted the cheeseburger even though the chicken sandwich was very good. Like I said, I hate to give a bad rating, but I hope it will make the situation at this Burger King better, both for employees and customers.

Normally this location is accurate, fast, and polite but today's lunch crew was missing on all fronts. My very simple drive-through order was messed up three times, and corrected twice before I headed back to work. Rather than credit me their second mistake, they offered me change (incorrect change). When I got back to my office I found my burger was not the burger I ordered. Won't be back soon. Hope you can figure this out quickly.

Had raw chicken in one of those wraps. Be careful! It's also BK, be kind to yourself and eat something decent.
