Usually have nothing but great things to say food is usually on point but last 2 times ive ordered had a bit of an issue first time pizza was a bit over cooked pepperoni was black along the edge of the pizza but i get it lots of orders s*** happens last time took 55 min for my order to arrive food was cold delivery guy dropping s*** on the ground. Im not one to usually b**** and complain but i spend 35 to 50 min everytime i order so i would like them to put just a little more effort in as well just saying

I can't overstate how great my family's experience with Carlucci's was. The pizza was delivered much earlier than estimated, it was LOADED with toppings, and cooked perfectly. The mozzarella sticks and dipping sauce were the perfectly complement to the meal, and the brownies were to die for-warm, even 20 minutes after delivery, moist, and delicious. The whole family was impressed, and we will definitely be ordering from here again!

Consistently high-quality. The Ezzo pepperoni is crispy and charred with a lot of flavor, medium spiciness. The sauce might be homemade, it's very tomato-y (as opposed to overly sweet or salty) and has a great flavor. The herbs on the pizza give it a great taste. Cheese is great. Never had a problem with the pizza or the delivery. Great stuff!

You must be born here, otherwise if you have a small accent they will not understand, even if you used A for apple C for Charlie, B for boy etc. They can't understand people with any accents. I have to spelled my street 5 times to an associate and was transferred to a manager..still couldn't order. Wow!

WOW WOW WOW! I moved to Columbus from Chicago a few years ago and have been on the hunt for a good pizza place ever since then. Carlucci’s is it! The crust is deliciously thin and crispy, there is just the right amount of sauce and the herb/parm sprinkle on top adds a perfect pop of flavor. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The salads here are excellent, well, maybe too many banana peppers. The pizza was very good, but had very little sauce on it. I definitely will be a frequent customer. Looking forward to trying the lasagna next time. The hours that they are open seem to vary, maybe a staffing problem.

Absolutely fantastic Pizza! They use Ezzo pepperoni (made in Columbus)! Well seasoned sauce, Light, crunchy, airy crust. Really something awesome, you can't go wrong here.

Not only does the pizza taste amazing but today’s delivery order was taken to the wrong neighborhood. I barely called the store before the manager dialed my number to inform the driver had typed in my street incorrectly and ended up at the wrong address. To make it right, they remade my order and immediately drove it over to me, with the “cold” order. Both orders will give us pizza for days (and we fine with pizza)! We will definitely continue to order from Carlucci’s Dublin in the future.

I have ordered from here multiple times and always enjoy it! Recently my order was wrong and they were super pleasant and quick to fix it for me. If you go, get the stromboli! It's huge and always really good.
