The food here is amazing!However the management and ownership here is lacking. Very rude and incompetent. Very high turnover rate here due to management. They treat you like garbage if you don’t follow them blindly. If you ask them about the process they decide to yell at you and belittle you. Look anywhere else for a job. Not worth the pay vs how you’re treated, not worth it one bit.

CFA has always lead the industry for quality food, staff, sanitation & efficiency. So perfect I’m taking home food for all of the family to include the critters.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. The grilled nuggets are good but not excellent! Their modification yo GF buns was a game changer for my celiac child.
I had the worst experience, they have both lines open, with a very small sign on the right line that says something about online orders or something similar that I couldn't see before entering. and I couldn't reverse as a precaution another car that could enter on the same line, I waited for almost 10 minutes for the cars in front of me to be dispatched, when it was finally my turn at the window, I explained to the girl that I was wathing to make my orders that no one had attended to me on the line I was on, and I didn't understand why? SHe quickly told me that: that line was for online orders. I had just taken my son out of school and was rushing to his next swimming class, since he had already waited more than 10 minutes in line, I asked the window girl if she could take my order, she said she would ask her shift manager. , which replied no, and to tell me to turn around and get in the correct line again. which I could no longer do due to lack of time, I am not one of those who believe that the Customer is always right, but they lacked a little empathy after 10 minutes of waiting for nothing and with the slowness that they were serving in the window it was likely that I would be delayed another half hour. I hope other children do not have to go hungry like my son did because of my bad decision to go to that restaurant. One star is because it doesn't give me the option of any. I hope they train the window and Drive Thru staff better, starting with the shift manager.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A with my daughter, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. However, I was extremely disappointed by the customer service we received. While waiting in line, the cashier seemed to ignore us completely and prioritized serving another customer who arrived after us. This blatant disregard for our presence left a sour taste in our mouths.It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when dining out with my child. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I hope Chick-fil-A takes this matter seriously and trains their staff to treat all customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

My white peach drink was amazing and the sandwich was great the staff seem hardworking and eager to satisfy customers!
