Their sweet tea isn't too sweet and their sauce is banging like usual. They know what they're doing

At first I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. I received a card from the VFW and it was for a breakfast sandwich and I misunderstood it. I thought it was for a sandwich in general. And it was a lot better off than I thought. The manager was very hospitable and very kind in understanding. I definitely would go back to this specific restaurant.

So we thought we were ahead of the game by ordering food through the mobile app. Well, we ended up going to the wrong Chick-fil-A. The staff was amazing!! Filled the order even though we made the mistake of going to the wrong Chick-fil-A. Gave me instructions on how to get a refund, and we were on our way. Wish I would have gotten the name of the young man who helped us out so I could give him a shout out. We will be back to this location next time we travel!!

It was very loud. There was a group of older teen boys being obnoxious and cussing. I wish the manager would have asked them to calm down. But I know its not Chick-fil-A's fault.
The food was delicious and got to our table fast.

Just another chicken-fil-a nothing special or unique about it. Was busy when I was there and had to go back up and ask for the milk that was supposed to come with my child's meal. Having to wait in line again to get more sauce wasn't ideal as they were busy. Overall would rate them 70%.

The best service! With positive attitudes, and a fresh mind. The CFA team puts their customers first, and themselves last. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

The staff were terrific. They didnnot rush us, asked questions to help us decide and completed the irder accurately. The food was prepared well. They took tome to make sure each main was assembled well. The dining area was clean, tables were cleaned. No signs of wear.

This is the 3rd time my fries had NO SALT. The manager likes to argue back n forth about the salt. When I’m sitting here tasting no salt on my fries. Horrible service. The fries taste horrible with no salt!!!!!

Got my order wrong today, the piece of chicken on my sandwich was barely bigger than a chicken nugget. What's going on here? My family decided we're done. Not with your location, but the entire company.

Beware ordering delivery! They force delivery drivers to use the always busy regular drive-through lane causing long waits for food that is ready and just sits in the restaurant getting cold. If you order delivery and it's late and cold, this policy is why.
Edit:
That second part of your reply is a lie. You outsource your first-party orders to Doordash especially if it's a long-distance or low-tipping order. If you really want to improve things, make a few of the parking spots facing the drive-through dedicated delivery spots. Then when your order-takers have a free moment, they get the names from the parked cars and radio them inside. Then someone brings out a batch of delivery orders, hands them to the correct cars, and the delivery drivers can leave without having to wait for every single car in front of them in the drive-through to exit before they can.

Why are your dine-in customers so much more important than your drive-through and delivery customers? It truly baffles me why you would make two avenues of customer experiences worse to make just one better. And you have a separate in-store pick-up counter from the main cashier counter, so I don't even get why letting people pick-up in-store affects the dine-in customers.
