I’ve never had a bad experience here. I prefer this Chick-fil-a location over the Sawmill one because I feel like everything runs so smoothly here. It’s like clockwork honestly. Chick-fil-a never disappoints. It’s the only fast food restaurant in America that consistently delivers delicious food and friendly staff.

This low quality, poor nutritional place has become a money cow for the CEO. Employees direct you like you are in a boot camp. Yelling across lanes of drive- thru traffic to gather customer names. Walking in between cars unsafely. One employee saying to their Manger that they are going to get hit by a car. Implying his conduct in between cars was risky and putting his safety at risk. They need to reconsider what they have created as a higher level of service because it's turned into a mad house. All for a profit.

The past three times we’ve gone our order has been missing items and we have to turn around and go back.

Jordan did an excellent job, she went over and beyond. She was giving out food/orders in both lanes ( mobile and regular lane) and she kept the line moving.She was outside in the freezing cold and kept a pleasant attitude. Great customer service.

Long wait for mobile orders. I always order on the app because I would assume that would get me my food quicker, but drive thru is going fast rather than mobile orders. There will be 4-5 cars in the regular drive thru and they are getting delivered faster than mobile orders with around 7-8 cars waiting in line for more than 25 mins.
They have the nicest, friendliest staff, and they really hustle to get the food out. The food was hot and fresh. When I am in town, this is where I like to stop.

They seem focused on speed and not order accuracy. In each of the last three visits I was missing one item in my order. Going up twice to get the items and I was typically done with my meal before all the items were delivered to the table.
