Jordan did an excellent job, she went over and beyond. She was giving out food/orders in both lanes ( mobile and regular lane) and she kept the line moving.She was outside in the freezing cold and kept a pleasant attitude. Great customer service.

Long wait for mobile orders. I always order on the app because I would assume that would get me my food quicker, but drive thru is going fast rather than mobile orders. There will be 4-5 cars in the regular drive thru and they are getting delivered faster than mobile orders with around 7-8 cars waiting in line for more than 25 mins.

They have the nicest, friendliest staff, and they really hustle to get the food out. The food was hot and fresh. When I am in town, this is where I like to stop.

They seem focused on speed and not order accuracy. In each of the last three visits I was missing one item in my order. Going up twice to get the items and I was typically done with my meal before all the items were delivered to the table.

Can't say much except love the fast drive thru at the Tuttle Crossing location and the food is outstanding. The mac & cheese is cream, cheesy and so yummy; it sure beats Kraft's boxed stuff. My go to always is the original sandwich; love the pickles. I just wish they would bring back their coleslaw for it was THE BEST!!

I have waited to post this to give the restaurant a chance; however, numerous visits have been the same. The staff is so busy socializing that they are not getting orders correct and the counter area gets too jammed up with customers. Delivery drivers waiting to pick up orders - orders that are already bagged - are ignored while the associates are carrying on with no acknowledgement to the drivers. Worse, when chicken soup needed to travel to someone who was very ill - a person concerned about spillage - I asked for the soup container to be put into a drink carrier. The associate complied but then was told to stop by the manager, who asked what he was doing. If Chik-fil-A can't afford a cardboard drink carrier that a customer has asked for to transport soup safely to someone very ill, then they don't need my business. Waiting for the Sawmill location to re-open. Most poorly managed Chic-fil-A I've ever seen.
