Wonderful staff! Clean and efficient ✨
I ordered a bowl from Chipotle and was shocked by the condition of the guacamole. What I received was dark gray, slimy, and clearly spoiled. It looked absolutely nothing like the bright, fresh green guac they advertise (see photo comparison). It looked and smelled like it had been sitting out for hours, maybe longer.
I expect better from Chipotle, especially when they promote “fresh” ingredients. This was not just unappetizing; it felt unsafe to eat. I ended up throwing the whole thing out.
Very disappointed. I’ve attached photos showing what I got versus what Chipotle says they serve. Huge difference.

I went in today about 12:20. The girl that is preparing the food. Literally slaps just a little bit of everything on there to spend over ten dollars just for a bowl to get about three dollars worth of food is absolutely insane.It will be the last time I go there.I usually have a good experience but not today

I accidentally ordered catering twice for my daughter’s graduation party, in May. The manager called me to confirm I meant to make two orders and I apologized and said no, it was in error and asked her to cancel the second order which she replied she would. I still got charged for both orders, but only received enough food from one order. I called customer service to resolve the issue and still haven’t heard anything. Is now July, and I’m still out $780. I think someone should contact me to resolve this.

I love ordering from Chipotle but this particular location just not the right place to go.
On my recent visit, they had a sign saying the lobby and dine-in were closed due to leaks, and that orders could only be placed online. I placed my order and waited in my car since the lobby was locked. Once it showed the order was ready, a man came outside, unlocked the door and handed me my food. When I got home and opened my rice bowl, it was one of the worst-made orders I’ve ever received.
While I was waiting in my car, I counted at least 10+ customers who showed up during regular business hours, only to leave disappointed because the doors were locked. I understand the situation but this wasn’t a one-time issue — this location consistently falls short. Even though they are open until 11 PM, if you show up at 10:15 PM and ask for carry out, they’ll either say they’re out of ingredients or the lobby is already locked.
Another time, I placed an online order and drove there, only to be told they were out of ingredients, didn’t prepare my order.
Ohh and they ALWAYS forget to add napkins and utensils in pickup orders, tell me how am i supposed to eat a bowl. Never going back to this place.

Been to Chipotle restaurants for ~25 years and this has got to be one of my favorite locations. Prompt service, consistent quality meals, and professional, friendly, helpful customer service. Thank you so much!

If there was a zero option, I would choose that. We live local and decided to give this location another chance. This is the worst location we have ever had experience with. Their drink machine NEVER has ice and the soda is warm as a result of that. Our orders are never correct and the portion sizes aren’t consistent. We enjoy chipotle a lot but this will be our last time going to this location. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it.
Ordered a Large Guacamole, not even full.
If you have the choice, go elsewhere!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got a take out order which by the time I got to my car leaked and spilled over my pants and the car seat. I returned to the restaurant and expected some kind of professional response. I asked for a supervisor, which was some young girl who hardly knew what she was doing. She was uncaring to the point of annoyed and rude. She told me that she can't do anything. She also told me if I want my food, I have to go back in the line and get it. Because I was hungry, I went back in line. While I was waiting to get my food again, I had enough time to observe what was actually going on in the restaurant. The staff was not happy to work there so they were throwing everything around including food. The guy in front of me asked for sour cream on the side, so they threw the little container at him and it landed on the floor. Instead of giving him a new one, he had to pick it up from the floor and take it. The girl who was making my new burrito bowl did not understand what I wanted, so midway through she took the bowl and threw it somewhere behind her and started my bowl again. There was a lot of bad attitude and food throwing. The restaurant is not the cleanest one either. I wonder how they passed the Food and Safety Inspection !!!

Very meager portions of protein... even when paying for double meat. This location was not the best.

I have consistently driven to this location until today. Unfortunately, the portions served are much smaller compared to other Chipotle locations. I visited on March 15, 2025, at 6:27 PM, and the staff was rude and lacked proper customer service. For your own sake, I recommend choosing a different location. That’s what I will be doing from now on.

It stinks when you come in with a smile and the person serving your food says, “What do you want” and has an attitude the moment you say one thing. I told the manager I’ve worked in the service industry for years and don’t understand his attitude. Maybe he’s prejudice. At least fake a smile. The employer with glasses and black curly hair, it’s not hard to be a decent person. And to him and his coworkers walking over to look and laugh at my comment to the manager, you’re just as bad. 03/15/2025 3:05pm.

I placed an order online and part of it was missing. I tried to call the store to figure out a solution, and their automated computer refused to connect me to a person and eventually hung up on me.

Chipotle is the same Chipotle anymore. Lack of training and follow up makes their food terrible. Last 3x visits I never got quality food there anymore. Very disappointed to see their performance ☹️
