This location specifically is horrendous. I work near it and almost every time I order, my food is incorrect when I get back to my office. The hot sauces and utensils are always out of stock and the restaurant itself is disgusting with spills around the drink machine and trash everywhere. If you ask the employees for anything, the response is as if you're hugely inconveniencing them. Each time I order from here, it's a waste of my time and money. I refuse to go back.

The food is always extremely salty, to the point where it’s almost impossible to eat. I really hope you can reduce the amount of salt because it ruins the whole meal.

Most of us are well aware of Chipotle’s cuisine. I enjoy it more than a lot of other restaurants. This review will not discuss food any further. I love the service I often receive at this restaurant! I always have a developmentally disabled gentleman accompany me to Chipotle. There’s a particular young lady who works there that transforms our meal from ordinary to wonderful. When this young lady is at the register, if time permits, she’ll take our tray to where we normally sit (without us asking). She does this with a big smile. We appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond! She’s a gem!

DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to be treated like trash

Keep in mind i was the only one there
They where all minded their business didn't even greet and totally ignored me .
Imagine if i was there for food i ended up just asking for chips and guac
It was 10 something for 2 large chips and 2 guac sides
So i said okay just 1 bag and they charged me 8 dollars and some change!!!
I asked how much the chip bag where and the girls that where there said they are 5 and some change
Didn’t add up
And they asked me to repeat my question like 3 times!!

twice now we have gone in to chipotle around 8pm and this store is in the process of closing. But they don’t close for another 3 hours…. I work in a restaurant and understand beginning closing duties before closing time to make sure you aren’t there hours later. But 3 hours before close is ridiculous. you’re out of steak, the chairs are up on the tables, the music is turned off, there are trash cans blocking you from going around to even get a fork….. how am i supposed to eat my to-go with no fork??? the comments being directed at us were unprofessional and i’ve never been in a place where ive felt like more of an inconvenience. there was a line of people behind us and they had the cold ingredients sitting on the back counter… who knows how long they were sitting out, definitely hitting temperatures outside of safety regulations. this is just totally unacceptable and makes me so uncomfortable.

Not to be dramatic, but I could cry happy tears- this is the only chipotle I will ever go to for the rest of my life. I have been craving chipotle for like 2 weeks now & have never ever received a more perfect bowl than I did tonight. Words couldn’t begin to describe how beautiful it was so I attached a picture lol 10/10 def recommend specifically this location

So incredibly sloppy. All the ingredients are mixed together from them slinging everything around and trying to go too fast. The sour cream is half corn with tomatoes in it. Disgusting.

I came in to redeem a reward for the new Red Chimichurri sauce, but it was sold out. No issue there — these things happen. One of the employees politely offered to substitute guac instead, and I agreed. As he was scooping it, the manager suddenly stepped in and said he couldn’t do that. I assumed she meant for future transactions since it was basically already done, but no — she meant right then.
I explained that the employee had already offered it, but she cut me off, saying, “I’m the manager,” as if that was the end of the conversation. No explanation. No alternative offer. Just a flat refusal delivered with an unnecessarily rude attitude.
This was an incredibly poor customer experience, especially coming from a manager who should know better. A simple explanation — like mentioning a cost difference and offering salsa or something else — would’ve gone a long way. Instead, the situation was handled with zero tact or professionalism.
The employee who made the offer was kind and respectful, but the manager’s behavior completely overshadowed that. Chipotle usually sets the bar high for service, but this location fell embarrassingly short. I won’t be returning to this store, and I hope corporate takes a close look at how their managers are being trained.

Normally a go to spot, went in 40 mins before closing, all the meat rice and beans were removed from the warmers and sitting on the back counter, I assumed they did this just to clean, likely right before I walked in. Not the case, the rice beans and chicken were quite cold.. colder than the veggies that were still in the cooler.. less than ideal
