Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. Every single time I go get food at this Dublin location, they are ALWAYS out of something. If it’s not lettuce, it’s veggies, it’s meat options, etc. Corporate needs to do better with this location.

Wow! Experience was more awful than usual. No chicken it’s 6pm… no corn salsa… didn’t even let me finish my toppings and just closed it up. Employee was rude and and the front register guy just slammed my bag of food on the counter. This is trash because I kept my cool all the way till the end just to be treated like crap the entire time. The chipotle one Avery rd is the absolute worst. Always has been and always will be. Avoid this location, and save yourself the trouble and head elsewhere. They’ll probably be out of food like usual.

We ordered 80$ worth of Chipotle and there were major food problems. Across all of our bowls we had frozen corn and the tomato’s had multiple of bad pieces and everything was extremely salty. Not ordering from this location again, constantly just a bad location

This is the worst chipotle ever. We frequently drive farther to Tuttle or marysville just to avoid the absolute chaos that is perimeter loop chipotle.
They are always out of protein, always out of guac, queso, sauces, etc.
I have have several times and instead of guac I legitimately got two halves of an avocado shoved into a guac container . Tonight I had a giant silver dollar sized chunk of red onion in my tomato's.

Came in at 6pm today…. Out of 30% of ingredients since they were not prepped. No apologies from staff. Just “ this is what we have”. Last time I ever waste my time thinking Chipotle will have dinner ready to go, as I will never purchase at this location or any other Chipotle again. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised when they put the former Taco Bell CEO in charge. Next stop powdered “beef” they reconstitute with hot water…like Taco Bell’s owner “Yum Brands”. Bet that would be easy to have ready at 6pm.

I’m very concerned with the food they serve. I went around 9:20pm and store closes at 10pm, they kept food opened and spraying chemicals to clean. Please don’t do this when food is open and you serve from it. Thank you!

They are somehow always out of something…tonight was guacamole and cheese, which you don’t find out until you’re at the counter. I recommend going to any other Chipotle in the area.

Literally the worst location. Do not order or eat from here! They should be shut down! Ordered food tonight and they could not deliver it because the driver showed up and they had no rice, guac or lettuce. So why are you accepting online orders?! They told the driver they couldn’t refund it that I had to call 1800-chipotle. Such a poorly run location! This location needs shut down!

Came in at about 10:50 in the morning. They apparently hadn't done prep. They were short 3 of the proteins...already had customers waiting on chicken. Took the server about 5 minutes to complete one burrito. Get down to the cash register...and look down at the bottled drink area. Looked like a burrito has exploded in there. All in all, pretty rough day for this location. Probably need to take a look at their morning routine. I wouldn't open the doors if I wasn't ready to serve the client...

Gotta say, as former management for a solid location in another city; this one and the one in Hilliard particularly disappoint. Old jalapenos, no cut consistency, uninterested staff, corn salsa in particular was super off-recipe, and the store itself was particularly unkept.

It's such a nice spot for that location but it needs some help. Makes me wanna go back, it's a crime against the culture.

Placed an order to-go, one salad and one chicken bowl along with guacamole and chips. Sad to say that thee most important item for any Chipotle salad was NOT included, the dressing, with my order and the guacamole was too salty. The dressing has been forgotten before, at other Chipotle restaurants, but it seems to happen more when I order to go.
