I had my sons birthday party there and was a great experience!!! Shout out especially to our party host Christina!! She was so helpful and overall a great host I was actually able to ENJOY my son’s party because she had everything planned and scheduled out for the party!!!! She’s so kind!! The table they had ready was perfect, the game area was great, overall perfect birthday party in our books!! Definitely will be going back!

Waited a long period of time for fresh salad, and a complimentary cup for ice would have cost me $2.99. Otherwise, else was okay.

My experience here was absolutely HORRIBLE. This was my first visit to this location and it will definitely be my LAST. I booked my daughter's 4th birthday party here expecting to be booking a whole party room for us and all of our guests. I was absolutely appalled when we got there and found out we paid $500 for a party TABLE surrounded by 5 or 6 other party tables. I was expecting a personalized experience but our experience was anything but that. It was crowded, loud and extremely rushed. None of the kids had time to do anything really, we got there and got everything set up on the table, and the kids got to play for a few minutes and then it was pizza, cake, in the middle of the kids eating cake it was an extremely rushed "Chuck E show" which was terrible. "Chuck E" was awful at the job, they basically were there to get the job done and get out. There were no playful experiences or anything. My kid got to do the ticket blaster at the last minute, alone with no one watching Because it was extremely disorganized. We didn't even have time for her to open any of her gifts. The only thing she wanted to do was jump on the trampolines. They tried to charge me $12 for a PAIR OF SOCKS. I ended up paying $8 because of her party which was still absolutely ridiculous. Get air only charges $4 for socks. The employees weren't watching or paying attention to any of the kids they all just wanted to play on their phones, or stand in a circle gossiping behind the counters. The other kids were pushing down the smaller kids and I was getting extremely frustrated. I wish I would have known Because I would have saved so much money just booking with get air and getting an actual party room and a way better experience. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place. YES it WAS THAT bad.

I like this place but I don't like the fact that they put a trampoline area and it and you have to pay $10 per kid. If you're going to add something into a place that we already pay for just include it when we buy tokens... We take two kids spend over $30 in tokens and then have to pay another $20 for them to jump on a tiny trampoline that barely even moves... Yet they serve alcohol here... Smh
