Some rides were broken but we were there for our 3 year old so she didn't need to play every single one anyways. It was our first time there and the service was so-so. Will be back but only when they have deals.
Took my kids here for their birthday party.. they keep it pretty clean & the employees are very kind. The issues I had was about 1/3 or more of the game machines was out of order, or didn’t give you ticket credit at all. And basically all Chuck E’ Cheese’s have the same food- frozen to oven. I don’t expect much with the food, just my personal preference.
They have completely changed this location its really clean and some cool add on things are the screen on the floor that reacts to who walks on it had chucky all dressed up and on the floor great place take yr family there for a party i did and will againKid-friendliness: Great place for kids

Nice. A friend rented it for her 2yr old. Had a nice package without clean up. They cleaned as we walked out. Nice for the children and games also included with package.

Ordered 60. In food and wad handed a number n a disk that would light up when ready.30 minutes go by, no lights. Check on food, it cold n old sitting in window. Told them about issue and they said its OK. It's ok???? It's was not ok.Won't be going back. Terrible customer service ?

Attended a birthday party, mid-day on Saturday, that was a blast! The kids (age 2-11) had a great time, ate so much pizza, and enjoyed their visit with Chuck E., mostly from a distance. A little dance party for the birthday girl, it was fun to watch them. It had been at least 20 yrs since attending a party at a Chuck E Cheese. I did miss the band/show, but enjoyed the music videos with kids to popular music that they play now. Also appreciated knocking out the “Happy Birthday” celebration for 5 parties all at once. Brilliant idea! Our Hostess was phenomenal, helping us to understand what to expect, keeping us on track and providing frequent check in’s with us. (I heard her name as “Ray”(sp?)). She truly was wonderful. Watched the crew at the end of the party clean up then set up for the next round of 5 parties. Knowing they’d already done it twice that day I am impressed with their energy and dedication!The pizza tasted good and was hot/fresh. Salad bar was very expensive for what was available. (Did not come with the party, some guests paid extra for it at $11.00). Overall price for the party was reasonable for what was provided and the service.The facility was clean, bathrooms were well kept and even smelled clean.Parking: A very large dedicated lot to the business attached to a large shopping center lot. Even as busy as it was on a Saturday afternoon, there was plenty of parking in the dedicated business lot.

My son really loves this place. Their service was great, a nice woman at the desk explained to us their system and took our food order. We spent 1 hour playing the machines and ate food while taking a break. Most games were working well. The place seemed clean and well kept. We'll come back! (Maybe with some ear plugs, but that's alright)

Came here for the first time in 10 years. There were many more game options. Very kid friendly for our small toddler. The place was also very clean. We enjoyed the salad bar, and pizza was OK. For the price of the pizza and quality I would eat before you come. I also had to take my pizza back up to the counter to be cut better because the cuts didn't go through to the bottom. The manager was very nice and helpful. We spent about 90 minutes there and was sad there wasn't a show like there used to be when I was a kid. Definitely miss the band performance.

We've been to this location a few times. This last time was among the worst experience. Short staffed that day we were told. They buzzed the wrong one so our pizzas were not only late, but cold and not cut through all the way. When taken back to be recut they threw them out and made new ones (nice gesture but we just wanted them cut). We appreciate the manager coming out to speak to us directly about the issue.
