My family loves clean eatz, but this location was terrible today, 1/31. There were 3 young adults working and training someone new and our food came out cold and took over 20+ min to come out with no one else inside. I requested a refund for my cold food twice to the young person working at the front and got no response and she just walked away. This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
Another family that came in after us, making this 2 orders that came thru the door, stood up and said that this was unacceptable as well as the slow service affected their timeline with other activities they had planned after eating. Would avoid coming back here.

The weekly meal plans are a game changer. It makes it so easy to eat healthy and the meals are delicious. I’ve found I spend less on them than I used to at the grocery. The staff is great and the store is very clean.

Was recommended by a coworker to try out this place and I am so glad I went! The portions were great and filling, loved the different options they had. I ended up getting the bison wrap and it tasted like heaven, like eating a cheeseburger but better! I will be returning.

I’m not sure why this place isn’t packed! It’s a great business model. You can eat in like a cafe/restaurant, you can pick up grab and go meals from the refrigerated section, or you can get a meal plan and stock up your fridge. Individual AND family sized meal portion options. It is really hard to find quality fresh food that is this quick and easy. As a busy parent tired of caving to fast food with little to no nutritional value I approve! We didn’t have any issues with our orders being correct.

Clean Eatz is great but AVOID this location. Ordered a bowl with mushrooms, broccoli, and green chickpeas as my vegetables...I got 2 pieces of broccoli, one mushroom, and no green chickpeas (instead, a ton of green peppers?).I ordered buffalo sauce with a said of Thai peanut, I got sweet chili sauce and a chipotle ranch type of thing?Also, the seasonings sitting next to the drink station were so dry and clumped together in one large climb inside the bottle...truly sad looking.I will say...the ingredients that I actually received were high quality that I've come to expect from Clean Eatz. But clearly there's a problem with the guy in the kitchen just not paying attention or caring. Pay attention to the other reviews!
