They don’t follow the simplest DoorDash request. I just wanted the waffle taco, and indicated that if the item was not available to cancel the entire order. Instead I got what you see pictured. No sprinkles like the taco would have had. I feel like I wasted my money.

My boyfriend and I had great service when we went yesterday. One of the workers even gave my boyfriend extra ice cream (he only got a small and this was more medium-sized)! Enjoyed going here :)

I’ve been here twice recently with family. Both times it was a little warm inside no matter how many or few people were there. The sitting area feels pretty old and the lighting inside makes it seem less cheery.
The employees were pleasant and made our orders well. It was always a little busy but they greeted us when they could.
When looking at the cakes and cupcakes, some items looked very old. The cupcakes in particular looked liked they were re-frozen, because the icing was quite messy in one.
Overall, it’s an okay place for ice cream, especially if you like having extra toppings or sauces added.

Pretty bad experience at this cold stone store. The person didn't even wear gloves while making ice cream. Also the shakes that he makes is always less filed and full of milk and not thick ice cream. This store is all about cost cutting.

Coldstone products never disappoint! Their ice cream is affordable and absolutely delicious. The other locations in the metro were much friendlier, this location it seemed that me coming in at 5pm was a big inconvenience to the person working.

Coldstone has always been one of my favorite ice cream places. Their Sweet Cream ice cream with Cookie Dough is amazing. The ice cream and cookie dough are both very high quality. When I was younger they were always an expensive treat, but their prices haven't seemed to go up with inflation as much as other ice cream shops, so now the price is relatively cheap. Always go with the "Gotta have it" (large) size for only a dollar extra. You can always save half of it in the freezer for later.
