I just think it is overpriced for the lack of flavor. I have had better ice cream at smaller joints at half the price. Just an opinion so dont let my review deter you.

I’ve been here twice recently with family. Both times it was a little warm inside no matter how many or few people were there. The sitting area feels pretty old and the lighting inside makes it seem less cheery.
The employees were pleasant and made our orders well. It was always a little busy but they greeted us when they could.
When looking at the cakes and cupcakes, some items looked very old. The cupcakes in particular looked liked they were re-frozen, because the icing was quite messy in one.
Overall, it’s an okay place for ice cream, especially if you like having extra toppings or sauces added.

Pretty bad experience at this cold stone store. The person didn't even wear gloves while making ice cream. Also the shakes that he makes is always less filed and full of milk and not thick ice cream. This store is all about cost cutting.

Coldstone products never disappoint! Their ice cream is affordable and absolutely delicious. The other locations in the metro were much friendlier, this location it seemed that me coming in at 5pm was a big inconvenience to the person working.

Coldstone has always been one of my favorite ice cream places. Their Sweet Cream ice cream with Cookie Dough is amazing. The ice cream and cookie dough are both very high quality. When I was younger they were always an expensive treat, but their prices haven't seemed to go up with inflation as much as other ice cream shops, so now the price is relatively cheap. Always go with the "Gotta have it" (large) size for only a dollar extra. You can always save half of it in the freezer for later.
Recently visited this place and liked the nice ambiance. The variety and choice of flavors on offer was good and tasty. The staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the ice cream and the portion sizes. The parlor was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options. Overaall this ice cream parlor is a good visit. Will try again!

The staff was friendly and the ice cream was good. The only bad thing was that right as we walked in there was a nasty smell, it wasn’t just by the entrance, the whole place smelled off. My only guess if that they mopped the floors with dirty water or something because that’s what it smelled like. My family and I were planning on eating our ice cream there but we decided to go because of the smell.

I came in this evening to pick up an order and the lady put it on. The table roughly, upside down on the bag. No utensils or napkins in it. I had to ask for it. They were cleaning frantically for closing and looked ticked off that a couple customers came in.
