I love this DiBella's location. It's my favorite in town. It's a large spacey location with nice design choices. The food is made very well at this location. The employees have also been exceptionally nice.

Pretty disappointing. First time I had ever ordered carry out from them. Never received my food, the delivery person delivered it somewhere else. What was more upsetting Was the customer service after the fact. I was given some arbitrarily corporate number. Had to go through a series of menus and was finally turned over to voicemail, which said they will probably call me back in 2 to 3 days. This is so unacceptable. I have to spend an hour and a half on the phone to get a refund from an order I never received? Will definitely not be dying here ever again.

This is my favorite sub shop. From western NY where these shops started. I go to this location around once a month. I would say the speed of service and some of the staff could’ve been better. Overall though love the bread and the sub. Will go back. Family favorite.

So went here today. Supposed to get $5 off 2 subs coupon. That didn’t work so was over charged $5. To not keep waiting just asked them for 2 side dishes to make up the difference. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong bread and toppings were wrong too. I will not be going back!

I ordered an antipasto salad. First they left off the meat, so I took it back. They made another one. It had meat but underneath the top layer of o.k. lettuce was slimy, rotten lettuce. Worst salad I've ever had and it cost $11. Do not order salads at this DiBella's.

Curbside wasn’t working so I had to go inside to pick up the order.
The cashier Sam was very pleasant and apologetic due to the inconvenience of Curbside.
But man so much has changed since I ate their food last. It’s probably been a decade and I used to love it but now it’s just pretty mediocre 😪
They changed the cookie recipe too. I’m underwhelmed and happy I got a discount because this isn’t worth the pre-discount price in my opinion. Pretty bummed about it!
