I love this DiBella's location. It's my favorite in town. It's a large spacey location with nice design choices. The food is made very well at this location. The employees have also been exceptionally nice.
This is my favorite sub shop. From western NY where these shops started. I go to this location around once a month. I would say the speed of service and some of the staff could’ve been better. Overall though love the bread and the sub. Will go back. Family favorite.
Elexis at the Tuttle location helped us with a VERY last minute large lunch order, and she worked so hard to make it happen for us. Our food was delicious and everyone was happy with their meals. She was kind and professional and we were very grateful for her assistance!
