Did an online order through the app and got two large any topping pizzas, both were made perfectly and tasted great! There was only one guy in there, hopefully it wasn’t actually just him handling everything on a Friday night but he was very nice and friendly :)

The manager who has been such a great help t create a magical atmosphere with the inner city kids at park and rec ( city of Columbus) wann say thank you so much for the experience and flexibility to provide such great service on short notice and again thank you so much Josiah was such a welcoming and very respectful thanks again we look forward to the service again

First the pizza took a hour and half to get delivered. Store ran out of items didn’t call to replace or communicate it at all had to ask the driver he said call store. I did Gm didn’t seam to care about customer service at all. Corporate has an automatic reply system. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Your employee at the Bridge Street location, Josiah, is AWESOME! He was so friendly over the phone and again in person. He helped me with a large order with double cuts, and I got off the phone thinking: "it's so refreshing talking to a customer service person who sounds happy and is so helpful." I just wanted his management to know that his energy is greatly appreciated!!
Worst experience ever! I ordered online around 11 PM, an hour before closing. The pizza arrived at the quality check at 11:26, but they never delivered my pizza that I paid $24 for. Not only did I not get a refund, but they also tried to offer me 60 points or 20% off my next order. The best 60 points can do for me is a medium two-topping pizza. I hate this place with all my gut! I definitely don't recommend it and will never be ordering again.

I LOVE Domino’s, and because of that I’ve unfortunately made the mistake of ordering from this Domino’s multiple times. They have yet to get an order right, and often let pizzas sit 15+ minutes before either letting you pick them up or leaving the store to deliver them (I’ve tried all both options).
The deals are great, but be warned you may be disappointed with cold pizza that isn’t what you ordered.

It is Dominos, so you know what you are getting . This is not a 5 star restaurant it is a chain that is competing with other large chains. The pizzas were well topped and tasted like Dominos. The staff was courteous and friendly . The food was ready in the quoted time. When you are paying $7 for a pizza, you can not expect more than that.
