I never leave reviews but our experience here was nothing short of outstanding. We ate in the dining room which was large and very clean. The pizza was delicious. We ordered an extra pizza while we were there and they upsized it for free. We also stayed for awhile and had seven rambunctious children in our party and they came out and gave each of them free Cheryl’s cookies with extra to spare. Truly went above and beyond. We’ll be back!

This is my go to Donatos. I get my pizza fast. The staff are nice people. Part of this Donatos is in a Historic Building. Ample parking off of the alley.

“This is honestly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We had to wait a full two hours for our food – two hours for four people! The service is extremely slow, the customer service is terrible, and the staff are very rude. From my experience, I definitely don’t recommend coming here. It’s just awful, awful, awful.

To have had a fit because a third-party delivery driver asked for plates, napkins & cups for a hotel customer was over the top. Although this store was once top notch and I have spent many a dollar here, I am not recommending Donatos at this time.

Tried to order a pizza. The system let me. Then they cancelled my order. They literally took my money and now the store wont answer my calls. So if you're are looking to pay for pizza and not get it this is the place! Thanks Donatos! You rock.....

Arrive late to hotel, luckily Donatos was open till midnight, got in ordered pizza, staff was courteous, pizza great.
