Horrible customer service and mediocre pizza. The manager is rude, childish, and unprofessional. She could’ve solved the issue so easily but instead chose to be obnoxious to a customer who was politely explaining that the pizza was made wrong. Just ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

A few weeks ago I ordered a personal size Hot Honey Pizza, it did Not have the hot honey sauce on it, I also complained online no one got back to me. This is the photo of it after I started eating it noticed it tasted very bland, because there was no hot honey sauce on it. Picked it up through the drive thur.

Cashier had very little interest in helping us, you could tell she didn’t know the answers and made them up as she went which tells me there is zero training and zero leadership. When we walked in we saw boxes all over the counter that someone had laying out so they could fold them to put cooked food in exposed to any and all guests that walk in. We got our drinks and quickly realized the ice machine has mold in it. So we went to our best option for a Pepsi product, Mug root beer, and it was out. We asked the cashier to swap it out and she started to tell us they didn’t have any, luckily they just had the sitting on crates behind the counter within eye sight of guests and we informed her yes you do it’s right there. So she walks off in a disgusted manor and shortly after a young man came up to exchange the syrups out. This was enough to ruin our experience before ever getting our food.

I realize most people do not dine-in at Donatos but if a location offers it, they need to train their staff TO SERVE. No menus available, unstocked drink area. Staff that can not figure out how to make appetizers ahead of the pizza. No communication and they give dirty looks if you don’t tip! I DID EVERYTHING. WHY WOULD I TIP? Very disappointed General Manager Owen Sylvester. Do better!

Really try to support local businesses like this one, but ordering via their website is always an issue. Tried ordering 2 subs. Website made me enter the CVV on my stored card. Entered it multiple times. Rejected every time, even deleted and re added the card. Still did not like the cvv. Off to beer barrel instead.

Ordered $37 worth of food Friday night and never received it and cannot get a hold of the store since Friday and did not get any money back either. This is on my mom‘s debit card and I’m not happy about this at all. Never received a call or anything to tell it was not going to be delivered

If you place an order online and it's late or never delivers, your only choice is to dispute the charges because you can't get anyone on the phone. The number for your local store goes to a call center for taking orders where the representative will then try to transfer you to the "kitchen staff" where you get disconnected. Every time. You can't call the local store. I'm done with Donatos. This is unnaceptable.

Donatos corporate advertised OSU game special. We placed our order at 5:40 pm They kept sending us updates that the pizza was delayed. They charged our credit card. Then after waiting two hours the driver said they never received our order even though we received a confirmation email. We called corporate and a girl answered and said she couldn’t help us. What a disaster and epic failure Donatos!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was exceptionally bad.i waited about 10 min after my delivery time (which was 45 minutes after I ordered) and gave the number on the confirmation email a call. I spoke to a call service agent and he immediately transferred me to “the store”. The call was dropped within a minute of transfer. Then I called the store directly about 5 times. Each time I was left on hold for about 7 minutes each before I was hung up on. At this point there was still no communication that my order would be late or they were having trouble, etc.. roughly 40 minutes AFTER my delivery was expected they showed up with it. At that point the pizza was like warm and didn’t taste fresh…probably because it wasn’t hot or even warmer than slightly above room temp. Needless to say I’m not too happy about it.
