The pickup times they quote are consistently incorrect. You show up 10 after the quoted time and. It’s still not ready then you get sent to the back of the line to wait another 20 minutes. Pizza isn’t great either. Rushed and smashed to the top of the box, sauce on the outside of the box. The drive thru option the only nice thing. But I’ve had enough of these experiences ✌️

Horrible customer service and mediocre pizza. The manager is rude, childish, and unprofessional. She could’ve solved the issue so easily but instead chose to be obnoxious to a customer who was politely explaining that the pizza was made wrong. Just ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

A few weeks ago I ordered a personal size Hot Honey Pizza, it did Not have the hot honey sauce on it, I also complained online no one got back to me. This is the photo of it after I started eating it noticed it tasted very bland, because there was no hot honey sauce on it. Picked it up through the drive thur.

Cashier had very little interest in helping us, you could tell she didn’t know the answers and made them up as she went which tells me there is zero training and zero leadership. When we walked in we saw boxes all over the counter that someone had laying out so they could fold them to put cooked food in exposed to any and all guests that walk in. We got our drinks and quickly realized the ice machine has mold in it. So we went to our best option for a Pepsi product, Mug root beer, and it was out. We asked the cashier to swap it out and she started to tell us they didn’t have any, luckily they just had the sitting on crates behind the counter within eye sight of guests and we informed her yes you do it’s right there. So she walks off in a disgusted manor and shortly after a young man came up to exchange the syrups out. This was enough to ruin our experience before ever getting our food.

They NEVER answer my calls . There’s always something wrong with my order . Food under cooked .
I realize most people do not dine-in at Donatos but if a location offers it, they need to train their staff TO SERVE. No menus available, unstocked drink area. Staff that can not figure out how to make appetizers ahead of the pizza. No communication and they give dirty looks if you don’t tip! I DID EVERYTHING. WHY WOULD I TIP? Very disappointed General Manager Owen Sylvester. Do better!

Really try to support local businesses like this one, but ordering via their website is always an issue. Tried ordering 2 subs. Website made me enter the CVV on my stored card. Entered it multiple times. Rejected every time, even deleted and re added the card. Still did not like the cvv. Off to beer barrel instead.
