Tried an iced mocha and milkshake. The milkshake was decent, but the iced mocha tasked just like chocolate milk (no coffee). Disappointed I specifically chose curb side pickup with my order, but after calling for status was told I have to come in the store to pick-up because they don't do curb side?

The donuts are consistently great, but the service can be hit-or-miss, which seems to be the norm in the food industry. You might pick up an overall vibe that they don’t want to be there or that they have better things to do than help, which can make you feel like an inconvenience as a customer. Just teenage attitude.
My coworker was pretty unlucky with her order… she got a hot chocolate, which was only about two-thirds full when she checked after stating it felt very light. We both tried it and it tasted really funky… like dirty dishes. Not sweet at all… There was also a short black hair on her breakfast sandwich… Looked like a cat hair rather than a human hair 😬 Makes you kinda regret tipping up front…. She felt like it was a waste of $10 and lost her appetite

The worker who helped us was a girl named Micaela, She was very rude to us and especially to my 2 year old son, although the donuts were good, the customer service was enough to make me never come back. What kind of person makes a 2 year old cry over donuts!!!!

Great food, horrible service for online orders. We get donuts every Saturday and every time I go in to pick up my online order I have to wave down an employee to help me. Then they act annoyed I did. If I have to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged what is the point of online orders?

Extremely rude behavior. Thier closing time is at 7 pm and refused service at 6.30 pm with no reasoning. My 5 year old was very disappointed. I had the donuts in my office event .... will make sure not to get it from here ever ...

Hi, I came here a few days ago with my kids from karate and the 3 employees working at the time were so kind and welcoming to us, the store wasn’t busy that much so we got are donuts really quick. The donuts are also hand made and fresh so they tasted really authentic. Ten out of ten recommend to anyone with kids because of how well these employees especially the cashier is treated mine.

The two people there working were arguing first over how to ring up my order and second how to make it. Then i got a strawberry shake that tasted very artificial and a decent donut that was overly caked in sickeningly sweet frosting. We waited almost 20 minutes for two shakes and a donut. Another guy who got half a dozen donuts came after us and got his first. It was not busy. Just us and the other guy. I gave my shake back, didn't ask for a refund because I didn't want to wait any longer.

Great food, terrible service. I’ve gone here several times over the last year or so and it’s always the same experience: poorly trained, incompetent staff struggling to complete your order. They make mistakes and have to start over, they forget items entirely and have to go back and make it; if you don’t have an hour to spare it’s not worth the risk of going, because you’ll definitely be late to wherever you have to be. Once they do get the donuts out though, they’re delicious!

They make the donuts on site in the open, when it comes out it's pleasantly warm and tasty in a way I had never thought donuts could be. Place presents as clean with fun graphics on the wall. Staff has always been friendly when I have been there.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, open floor with spaces for kids to watch people make donuts (little children seem to be drawn to this) fun and colorful graphics on walls like a duck. Family friendly music in the background
