We stopped by Graeter’s on a Saturday night and it did not disappoint.
It was very quiet when we visited, likely because it was quite cold outside, so there was no one else there at the time. The person working was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions, which made the stop even better.
We ordered the Cookie Monster sundae and the Turtle sundae, and both were excellent. Graeter’s ice cream is one of our favorites. It’s French‑style ice cream made with egg yolks, which gives it a rich, creamy texture, and the fudge is especially good and really stands out in the sundaes.
This location is a bit tucked away, but the seating area is very nice and the shop itself was clean and well kept.
Overall, this was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend stopping by. Especially if you’re a fan of rich, creamy ice cream and classic sundaes.

Workers are so racists, they simply discriminat customers based on color .. they didn't take my order until I shouted after waiting for them speaking none related order/business discussion for 5 minutes with a white girl. Once I shouted the cashier took my order and the continued talking to the girl.

Excellent ice cream and service. Take home cartons and ice cream cakes. Prices are fair but not cheap. Feels and looks like ice cream shop so nothing special but good. Candy also sold here.
