Amazingly fresh, to the point of watching them slice up some fish in the back. Both the tuna and the salmon were delicious. Highly recommend the Ahi Tuna bowl with their spicy pineapple mixture, kimchi, and ginger.

I went to try it a couple weeks ago and was shocked by how good it was! The grilled salmon is really sweet! The brown rice was the perfect texture! Guy at the register was super polite and they definitely deserve 5 stars!

Used to eat here all the time at the short north location before it closed, was one of my favorite spots.Something isn't quite the same after the move, still quite good, but not the slam dunk it once was.
