the food was awful half of it was undercooked and when i sent it back to have it remade, the remake had hairs in it!! the waitress was so incredibly rude and snappy and even tried flirting with my husband right in front of me. the wait was also exceptionally long for both my original order and remake

If I could give this place NO stars, I would! My husband and I usually frequent the J Liu in Worthington but was in the area a couple of days ago and thought Dublin’s location would be worth the try, oh how wrong we were! When my husband and I were seated we requested a high chair for our one year old, one for which we would wait a long time. While placing drink orders, we realized we did not have any silverware which I let my server Max know. When he came back with our silverware and drinks, I noticed my husband’s fork had something brown caked on the back, to which we requested plastic ware. We were then rushed to place an order, and when we did, ended up having to wait 30 minutes for our food to arrive, that is when I reminded my server I was in need of a high chair, Max attempted to argue about whether or not I’d asked for one, and after some back and forth and a very unwarranted eye roll, he left to attain a high chair, only to return with the messiest thing I’ve ever been given! I was given attitude for the request of another one and the service there after was dry. The atmosphere was something to talk about, let me just say! You had servers walking around bad mouthing customers, each other, and even the manager who happened to be the loud lady spewing blasphemy and profanities, currently taking shots at the bar in front of I and other customers. I couldn’t believe my eyes or ears! Once our food did arrive, my husband, who ordered the miso salmon had lukewarm salmon. I myself ordered the Classic salad, and after letting Max know of my peanut allergy, would still be served with the candied pecans in my salad. I asked him if I could have it remade, and was given attitude! That was the last straw, between the bad service and everything else, I was not about to continue to stay, my husband and I walked out right then and there! I will definitely NOT be coming back, and will be sticking to Worthington’s location!

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere at a fair price. Had a great Easter dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant 👍🏼

Best chicken dinner, and I never order it anywhere because it is usually very dry. Delish! Nice place and surprise.

Delicious food, generous portions, and great service. Half off bottles of wine on Sunday is a plus!

I like this restaurant but I am so tired of high wine prices. $22 for a 9 oz pour??? For a mediocre rated wine!!! I won't buy your wine. The markup is ridiculous.

J. Liu is one of my favorite 'go to' spots. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is always good!

Kylee and Tristan were exceptional, taking care of 40+ people on a Saturday evening in the private room. The 4-star rating is not because of the atmosphere, food or service. These 2 definitely deserve 5 starts and I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their outstanding job! One star was subtracted for other reasons. I would still recommend this place for their food (excellent) and ambience (cozy, casually elegant).

We went on a Sunday - I read there was a Sunday brunch buffet but nowhere online or on the menu did it say you could not order from the menu. We did not want the brunch, but had no choice. The buffet was so-so. There was only one item that was really good. The other food items were just fair. I just happened to receive an email the day after promoting the brunch, also listing the prices (which were nowhere to be found at the restaurant or on their website). The email stated under 8 = free, 8-14 = $14 and adults = $28. It turns out my 14-year old was overcharged for his buffet. He was charged as an adult and we overpaid. We all agreed we probably won't go back. Disappointing, as I used to love this place.
