They only had 11 flavor options and I was a little disappointed in the spread. Nothing traditional, but I guess that’s their thing. No normal vanilla, chocolate chip, nothing with peanut butter. The only chocolate based flavor was dairy free. Meh

Just one of my favorites ice cream! Excellent texture and flavor, i tried the bay leaf and wild berry lavander and just wow! The waffle is sooooo delicious too! For me is a must if you re in Dublin.

I came in with my friends on 12/13. The employee seemed off.... like they weren't trying to serve us at all. When I first came in I ask if you guys still had the banana cream pudding ice cream. The girl employee then told me that we don't have that any more and it's only seasonal. I didn't really believe her because I still see it on the jeni's site so I just went to the front to check if you guys had it in the pint, and obviously you guys still had it in the pint. So I kid you not, me and my friend was getting ignored the entire time when we went to the front to get the pint ice cream we waited in the front for someone to check us out only for both the employees to ignore us and check out other people and deal with a pick up order. When they finally realized we weren't leaving, the same girl employee check us out and she kept acting confused. I pointed out to her I would like the banana pudding pint ice cream and she would act so confused. I had to point it out like 2-3 times...... Then she finally checks me out and then just stares at me, no goodbye or nothing. I don't know if my card went in or not, until I ask her if i'm good to go and she still acting CONFUSED??!? The banana pudding cream ice cream was good tho
Customer Service was 5 stars. Bailey was very helpful and went the extra mile. You rarely see this type of service anymore these days. Thank you!
I am giving 5 stars because of Bailey, but I'd like to remove a star because Jeni is really getting outrageous with her pricing. $12 a pint girl, really? I read on Wikipedia that the company brought in $94M last year. Obviously I know that's not all profit, but come on. $12 a pint in this economy? I will continue to support Jeni but I have to start looking for alternatives. She is pushing it with those prices!

Did not make feel me comfortable when I asked to taste the gooey better cake flavor. He said, have not you tried it before? Felt unwelcome. Let it alone the amount of 2 cup was too little. This place used to be a lot more generous!!

I have issues with lacrosse and felt like I couldn’t eat ocean anymore. That was until I found Jeni’s. They have a number of dairy free options and each one I have tried is amazing. My wife loves the many different dairy options she has tried. I will be back.

Wow, just delicious. Always has been!! Jeni is from Ohio State's Food & Culinary program and I remember when her icecream was just a small business in Columbus. Now it's nationwide. The most unique flavors possible. My favorite are the Brambleberry Crisp, Brown Butter Almond Brittle and Peanut Butter Chocolate. Her seasonal flavors that rotate are so unique and delish. The best part...you can try as many as you want. And don't get me started with the made-in-house waffle cones and waffle bowls. 😋 You can't go wrong with Jeni's. SOOOOO Good!
