Each time I visit this location, I find myself questioning why I gave it another chance. The service is consistently poor, and the sandwiches are always poorly assembled, with most of the toppings spilling out. My experiences here have been disappointing every time, and after more than five frustrating visits spaced months apart, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If you’re craving Jersey Mike’s, I highly recommend trying any other location instead.

We order #16 and #9 received the #9 and waited 20 minutes for the#16. The store wasn't busy and had at least 6 staff members working. Not sure what caused the delay we were not very happy won't be returning anytime soon.

I'm traveling for hockey and was worried about ordering from this Jersey Mike's based on some of the reviews here - but they are fabulous! Fast, fresh, friendly. The store is clean and one of the most spacious locations I've ever seen. All I can think is the previous owners were some sort of unicorn situation to where customers are disappointed today. ? We've ordered takeout 2x now and both experiences have been exceptional.

If you want your food order it over hour ahead of time. I was waiting over 20 minutes for an online order had put in 45 minutes ago and should have been ready and I ended up walking out

If you’re a door dasher avoid this place like the plague. It’s at least a 15 min wait and they will forget about you and the order you’re picking up. One other person was in the store with 5 to 6 workers and not a single one started the pickup order (because it definitely won’t be done when you get there)

Worst customer service of my life. 200 hours for any subs that are cooked on the grill. They will legit be ready for over 20 min before they notify you that they’re ready.

Unsanitary conditions, derelict employees. Been going here for years, just made my last visit.

Previous visit - Flies all over the bread, employee too busy on cell phone to notice the flies or me walking up to place an order.

Today’s visit - Employee placed my bread on a tray in a puddle of soapy water. When I pointed it out he had a tantrum, slammed a new loaf down on the same wet tray, and commenced with making my sandwich.

Unbelievable.

My dad always raves about this place and Danny DeVito has been bugging me with the commercial so I finally went inside to try it. I really like the chicken Philly from Charley’s subs so I tried it from here. Good night, the food is expensive and it doesn’t taste that great…and you can’t get french fries. Honestly, very disappointed I will not be going back to Jersey Mike’s in any location. Charleys or Jimmy John’s.

Parking: Walk a ways. Always crowded.

Wheelchair accessibility: Manual door but flat entryway.

We used to frequent this jersey Mike’s all the time until recently, and now they have lost our business completely. We pre-ordered online online and showed up to pick up our order. Waited an additional 20 minutes before we were told they could not fulfill our order, and were not able to refund us our money at that time. We were told a office manager would get back to us with the refund four days later we still have no refund. Several times within the four days and left messages, dealt with rude staff and we never received a return call from the manager of this location. This is terrible customer service and I will never go to Jersey Mike’s ever again because of this experience.

I was craving a sub but Jersey Mike's was really disappointing. It was an hour before closing and the staff had the chairs on the tables. The sandwiches were prepared directly on a dirty counter. I was not given a receipt. I hope on other nights they provide better service.

Jersey Mikes should give you more options when you place a delivery order!! They should include options for more or less ingredients on all their items!! Otherwise they give you a lot of food for what you pay compared to other sub shops! Maybe management can help out with this request?

Vegetarian options: Lots of options!

Parking: It’s in a strip mall so it’s first come first served! Never an option for parking except maybe around the holidays or lunchtime!
