I ordered a group lunch today and a coworker and I both picked the Portobello Mushroom and Swiss sandwich. It felt suspiciously light when I took our sandwiches out of the bag, and then we realized why. There were about three little mushrooms, two slivers of green pepper, some cheese and a lot of bread. My coworker’s sandwich was exactly the same. Easily the worst sandwich I’ve ever had and very disappointing. The fact that whoever made it thought we wouldn’t notice there were hardly any mushrooms was the sandwich that is supposed to be 90% mushrooms is mind blowing.

I ordered subs for the 4th. Jesse took the time making sure I ordered everything correctly!! He was so helpful and professional!! This location is definitely my favorite!!

Clean, lots of parking and in a busy strip mall right next to a Giant Eagle. Friendly staff, fast and efficient.
It’s the only Jersey Mikes location in Columbus where the staff is friendly and don’t act like they hate working and making my sandwich 🤣

Was the only customer and they had no to-go orders left to do. I ordered a simple sandwich with no pepper jelly pickles on side. Instead got both put on my sandwich and made it completely unable to eaten by myself or my pregnant fiance due to food restrictions for us. Very disappointed with a simple follow through of an order.

Order food thru uber eats, jersey mikes forgot the chips for both orders and the bowl was mostly lettuce with no oil and vinegar. Very disappointed usually don’t have an issue.

Every time I walk into Jersey Mikes on perimeter drive I am always greeted by the same smiling faces who always take time out of there day to connect with the customers that walk into there store and it genuinely feels like you walk out of the store with a new friendship. On top of there 10/10 customer service, there food is to DIE for. Not once have I every been unsatisfied with a Jersey Mikes sub so if your in the Perimeter area its a MUST STOP location.

Wow, the staff at this place! Every single person greeted me and said something friendly. 3 people helped make my sandwich and ring me up, another was sweeping the dining area. One lady, I dont know if she was a manager or a regular employee, but perfection was her passion. You should have seen the way she cut and packaged my sub. You would have thought she owned the place the way she took such care and attention to detail. It was amazing by the way! I got the #13 Italian sub Mike's way with banana peppers added.
