Ordered a sub, watched the lady handle raw meat with the same gloves as the bread and veggies. I said something.. she claimed she used tongs even though I saw it happen several times for subs on the grill. Wouldn’t remake it. I just went elsewhere. I went here with my boyfriend and I was surprised at how good their hot mushroom sandwich was! It is much appreciated that there is a vegetarian/meatless option something other than just a bunch of cold veggies and cheese. It was really good, I really liked the sandwich. I would recommended this place!

Today I spent an hour and ten minutes waiting for my online order. I ordered one regular sub, a salad, and a kid’s meal. During my wait it started storming and the ceiling inside the restaurant was leaking horribly where they make the subs. I did check my order before I left and noticed they didn’t give us the drink cup, so I asked for it was told “yeah, just get it yourself.” I got home and realized they also did not put the cookie in the bag, and gave us the wrong salad and also didn’t put anything on the salad. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and will never come back to this location. The staff also was evidently miserable because one of them quit shortly before I left. There was no less than 7 people waiting for their online orders at any time.

I'm a regular when it comes to Jersey Mike's, but this location has unfortunately become too unreliable to continue to support. Never have I had issues from the Powell location like we've seen from this newer Sawmill/Dublin location. The past 2 visits (both mobile/app orders) have been very similar experiences.. Arrive on time to pick up when the order is supposed to be ready, just to sit there and wait.. and wait.. with little to no acknowledgement from the staff. Only to end up finding out the my order had been ready on time and sitting on the back counter rather than the online order pickup shelves. The staff each time have seemed completely uninterested in assisting their customers. And the food each time has become more and more disappointing. I certainly hope that this location can improve to the standards of what I've always known Jersey Mike's to be.. until then, I'll drive further for other locations.

Kesha runs this place like it’s the heart of the community. She remembers names, supports local community, and makes you feel more like a neighbor than a customer. Her energy is infectious and her pride in the store shows in every detail—from how fresh the ingredients are to how genuinely kind the staff is.
