New Year’s Day was my first time ordering from Jet’s and I want to compliment them in every way. There was a miscommunication with my order that I was unaware of until it was delivered. Turned out my delivery was done by the manager who apologized for the miscommunication and then said he’d be back shortly with the remainder of my order. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it left a very positive impression with me. He really cared about his customers and their experience. Thank you so much! And, extra bonus was that the pizzas were GREAT. I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for great pizza and kind/caring staff at Jet’s Hard Road.

Their pizza is SO SO good (hate to cheat on the pizza of perfection...truly...Tommy's 😳) but once in a while you just have to have some Jets. In years past they supported my Columbus Blue jackets hockey team. And I love that I can " customize my crust". I do the yummy turbo crust. I do not cheat on Tommy's often....but honestly.....Jets has just really really consistently yummy pizza. And their ranch dressing is AMAZING. I am a just a little grumpy because a while back they raised the prices on their amazing scrumptious salads. 😡. But anyway, their salads are extremely delicious....the stuff always tastes super fresh ..but they raised the prices. Grrrr...but either way ...so good....worth the price. I wish that there no olives on the salads too. 🙄. Anyway ..the staff members are always super nice and friendly and get my order correct-- and that is tough to do because I am high maintenance. 😂

I live a quarter mile down the road from this Jets and am a regular customer. I never tip less than $10 for delivery even if I'm just getting Jets Bread and a soda. In bad weather I have tipped much more.My best friend just got out of the hospital and all she wanted was a deep dish Hawaiian pizza. Unfortunately they were completely out of stock. Which meant she could not get what she wanted and many of the Hot Deals were no longer available because they were for the Deep Dish.When I went to pick it up I very kindly and vulnerably explained about my friend, whom I love dearly, getting out if the hospital and asked if they could offer a coupon or a discount on a future order for the inconvenience if not having the deep dish she craves and will likely be the last one she is allowed to have; the gentleman, scratch that, the nasty man named Joseph working the desk VERY RUDELY replied "No. We are not doing that. There are other Jets you are welcome to go to".In the middle of a storm, while caring for a sick friend just out of the hospital, while feeling very vulnerable and disclosing my disappointment, this completely unprofessional discompassionate jerk recommended I stop being a patron to this Jets. A Jets I've probably spent thousands of dollars at over the years. And God knows the delivery drivers who are familiar with my generous tipping will now lose out on easy money for a 500 yard drive because of this man's HORRIBLE customer service.I was so upset because I was incredibly kind, vulnerable, and respectful when asking what I thought was a reasonable question for a business that ran out of it's STAPLE item that they build most of their deals around that I went back to get the name of the individual and see if he was willing to apologize.His name was Joseph. He was completely unrepentant. The only response I got was "whatever" and he walked away.I recorded the encounter for his manager in case Joseph tries to spin the story a different way. Generally I'm opposed to behaving this way, but as someone that believes there is NOTHING lazier, more counterproductive, and just generally a terrible business practice than being unkind...I feel he should absolutely be held accountable and retrained or fired.He cost his delivery drivers one of their highest tipping customers.DO NOT GO TO THIS JETS UNTIL JOSEPH IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE. I know I won't anymore. They clearly don't need the customers as they have no problem sending us to other locations.

I eat a lot of WINGS’ I try to eat wings in every city I visit! I’m also a Chef so I feel I can judge some wings…. So my mom kept telling to try this places wings and what a surprise. They were really good I just got mild but they still had some heat and I love baked wings. So they are an EZ go2 on my way home so thanks guys!

We called at 10:30 from out of town and we’re staying at a hotel. Since we didn’t know how late they delivered, we asked the man if it was too late to order. The next words out of his mouth were, “Well, the longer you take…” and we up the phone. Are you kidding me?!? I cannot believe the level of rudeness from an employee to a customer who was literally asking out of courtesy of the pizza company what time is too late to order delivery! Incredible! Will never come back.
