Bad wait times....subpar food and service...ranch was watery... Go to a different location if you decide to eat Jets. Not sure what changed.

Nope.. no more tries.. no matter the location they are like consistently the only worst customer service, timing and overall completely overrated.. 4X 3 years 4 different locations, the thin white pizza was okay which was the only reason it got a 2 star in the food category... I just can't keep wasting my time there.. don't tell me 15-20 minutes and then it actually be close to an hour... There's literally zero point in lying about times to boost sales, I would've just showed up 50 minutes later and waited in the comfort of my house instead of in your cramped storefront or out in my car..

Jets Pizza on Hard Rd is hands-down the best pizza spot around! The food is always hot, fresh, and consistent — you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The manager, Ryan, runs the place like a pro. He’s super friendly, keeps the store spotless, and makes sure every order is right. Whether it’s pickup or delivery, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-tier service and quality pizza every time.

My office is in Powell, and even though there’s a Jet’s Pizza close by, I always make the drive to the one on Hard Rd. The team there takes their craft seriously, and it shows in the quality of their pizza. 5 stars because I can't give more than that.

Preordered 6 pizzas at 4:08pm for 5 pm pickup. Arrived at 5pm and not given pizzas until 5:29. I think they started the order when we arrived. Asked about some kind of discount or accommodation and they said no, unapologetically.

New Year’s Day was my first time ordering from Jet’s and I want to compliment them in every way. There was a miscommunication with my order that I was unaware of until it was delivered. Turned out my delivery was done by the manager who apologized for the miscommunication and then said he’d be back shortly with the remainder of my order. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it left a very positive impression with me. He really cared about his customers and their experience. Thank you so much! And, extra bonus was that the pizzas were GREAT. I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for great pizza and kind/caring staff at Jet’s Hard Road.
