New Year’s Day was my first time ordering from Jet’s and I want to compliment them in every way. There was a miscommunication with my order that I was unaware of until it was delivered. Turned out my delivery was done by the manager who apologized for the miscommunication and then said he’d be back shortly with the remainder of my order. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it left a very positive impression with me. He really cared about his customers and their experience....

Their pizza is SO SO good (hate to cheat on the pizza of perfection...truly...Tommy's 😳) but once in a while you just have to have some Jets. In years past they supported my Columbus Blue jackets hockey team. And I love that I can " customize my crust". I do the yummy turbo crust. I do not cheat on Tommy's often....but honestly.....Jets has just really really consistently yummy pizza. And their ranch dressing is AMAZING. I am a just a little grumpy...

Got the 8pc Detroit style and it was fantastic — Service was quick and consistent communication as the order was prepared.Facility was clean and organized. Will order again. Food was amazing
