Tried it for the first time at a friend's house the other night, forgot how much I love deep dish! Had to order it for myself a couple of days later. It got here quick, hot and crunchy, both of their pepperoni styles are delicious.

Try to order pizza online and via text. Neither system was working so I called and I just started with a conversation with I tried to order but neither one of these systems are working the gentleman that answered the phone very rude. Rode through the whole conversation and when I called him out on it he told me that I marted him with a lot of questions I did not explain that the stuff wasn't working was why I was calling in. I know how busy they work and I know how busy they are so I hate doing something like calling when I don't have to but there's system never seems to work. I was going to order pizza for my entire staff today but because of his rudeness and activism I'm now going to have to go to japoltlay instead rude very very rude. And it's asking how much I spent I would have spent probably about $80
This might be our favorite pizza place, and this location is top notch! They are always fast and the pizza is always perfect. We also love grabbing a bottle of ranch with our order too. Not only the pizza is always perfect, but their boneless wings are also always fantastic!

I have been a customer of Jets for many years- I am usually very happy with their service. Today my delivery was running very late. I called and the first gentleman I spoke with was polite and said if my pizza wasn’t delivered in 15-20 min I would be refunded but that I would get my pizza no matter what. When I called back after 22 min the man I spoke with was rude and basically a jerk and when I said I wanted to cancel the order he couldn’t have cared less. He didn’t offer any type of discount or apology. Just was super rude. I will not be ordering from this location again and I hope that this person will be told he has a lot to learn about customer service.
