Great food but the fact they ask for a tip when you come in to make a order is outrageous makes no sense

My husband and I recently found out we were pregnant and wrote in “Pregnant Wife” as the name in my food. The crew working on 9/23 did the sweetest thing and wrote cute notes and congratulating us on being pregnant. We appreciated the kind gesture and it made our week!

Although the cashier tried to great in a positive way, when I asked for a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. She responded with “I don’t know if I can do that.” To then proceed with my order and do it. ( a sandwich place can’t do a simple chicken sandwich!?!? SMH). I told her twice what I wanted and it was useless as she did not heat up the sandwich and did not put tomato or lettuce. Idk if she was tired but clearly didn’t pay attention and was lacking of desire to do anything. I was the only person in the place. So the “rush hour “ is not an excuse and her carry out are was empty. I’ll not be coming here again if something ad simple “can’t be done” or employees can’t even have attention to details.

Went to the store to order this evening. Emplyee was standing by the cash register, cell phone to her ear. I walked up to the register, she continued talking on the phone, occasionally glancing at me. This went on fo some time. After a minute of being ignored I went to leave but then thought perhaps I was being unreasonable. I gave it another minute. Now two minutes had passed, she was still chatting on the phone and showed no interest in serving me. I left. Shame really, I kind of liked the subs. Won't be going back.

I ordered hunter’s club and they forgot to put roast beef in my sandwich!!!

I ordered for my office two weeks ago and for the third time in a row my order came without the Pickles I paid extra for. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was real nice. He said he’d be happy to refund. Two weeks have gone by and I haven’t received my refund. I called today and spoke to a female manager, who would not help me. I explained I don’t have the order number anymore and gave the name on the order. She put me on hold for quite a while, came back and said she couldn’t find it as I explained to her that I didn’t have the order number anymore because I had filed the receipt with my company. She then explained that she could not find it and that I needed to call back or come in with the order number and hung up on me. Very disappointing from a place we order at least once a month for 10 people.

Ordered thru their website. They sent it to Uber for some reason. Currently been over 30 minutes and ETA says won't be here for another 20 minutes because my driver has stops along the way. Freaky fast...what a joke
