Although the cashier tried to great in a positive way, when I asked for a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. She responded with ā€œI don’t know if I can do that.ā€ To then proceed with my order and do it. ( a sandwich place can’t do a simple chicken sandwich!?!? SMH). I told her twice what I wanted and it was useless as she did not heat up the sandwich and did not put tomato or lettuce. Idk if she was tired but clearly didn’t pay attention and was lacking of desire to do anything. I was the only person in the place. So the ā€œrush hour ā€œ is not an excuse and her carry out are was empty. I’ll not be coming here again if something ad simple ā€œcan’t be doneā€ or employees can’t even have attention to details.

Went to the store to order this evening. Emplyee was standing by the cash register, cell phone to her ear. I walked up to the register, she continued talking on the phone, occasionally glancing at me. This went on fo some time. After a minute of being ignored I went to leave but then thought perhaps I was being unreasonable. I gave it another minute. Now two minutes had passed, she was still chatting on the phone and showed no interest in serving me. I left. Shame really, I kind of liked the subs. Won't be going back.

Do not order online!! Ordered online 30 min in advance. Waited for my food almost 15-20 min in store. Almost like they never looked at the order online .

I ordered for my office two weeks ago and for the third time in a row my order came without the Pickles I paid extra for. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was real nice. He said he’d be happy to refund. Two weeks have gone by and I haven’t received my refund. I called today and spoke to a female manager, who would not help me. I explained I don’t have the order number anymore and gave the name on the order. She put me on hold for quite a while, came back and said she couldn’t find it as I explained to her that I didn’t have the order number anymore because I had filed the receipt with my company. She then explained that she could not find it and that I needed to call back or come in with the order number and hung up on me. Very disappointing from a place we order at least once a month for 10 people.

Ordered thru their website. They sent it to Uber for some reason. Currently been over 30 minutes and ETA says won't be here for another 20 minutes because my driver has stops along the way. Freaky fast...what a joke

I don’t ever really leave reviews but the management at this place is ridiculous!
We will not be going back to this location ever again. I don’t know what has changed in the last year or so but this is absolutely ridiculous. We’ve had issues in the past where they have refused to take walk in orders and say you have to put in a pick up order online. Nope! I will go to the one in Hilliard before I do that. Tried to give them a chance today because we haven’t had Jimmy John’s in a while so my husband went to go get me something for a treat. They took his order and then waited 20 minutes to tell him that they had a catering order come in! You should have said something before he ordered. Waiting 30+ minutes for one sandwich is absolutely ridiculous! You can’t spend 2 minutes to get ONE sandwich out the door for an online order that isn’t even ready yet because management says prioritize online orders? Shame on management for only having 2 employees working on a Saturday! There should be at least 1 or 2 more people working to handle walk in orders. I called my husband when he messaged me about the situation around 12:40 when he got there at 12! Told him to get a refund and go to Hilliard. They ā€œvoidedā€ the check but didn’t actually issue the refund. They told my husband they would do so after they were done with that order which is totally unacceptable! my husband said whatever and left because he’d been waiting almost an hour at that point. We will be keeping an eye out on our bank statement because we will file a chargeback if it isn’t refunded properly because guess what else they didn’t do because they were in a rush give him a copy of his damn receipt! Piss poor management!
