Fantastic customer service tonight delivering to my son's school before his practice! Much appreciated from a mom that couldn't break away from work to bring him food instead! Delivery man even called me when he arrived! 5 stars!

Food was drop on my hotel front door, they decided knock to knock since they saw the no housekeeping tag on door. No notification it had arrived, called an hour later and the worker was pretty rude.I first ask what's your current delivery times and she did not understand. When she did she still couldn't tell without giving delivery details even tho Jimmy johns usually only delivers in a 3 mile radius.Seems like employees are more annoyed of their work and hate answering...
