I absolutely love Katzinger's. I try to visit every time I get to Columbus to visit my son. I love the Reuben and the garlic pickles in the barrel. The staff is usually very friendly but the gentleman today, not so much. Didn't deter much from my visit being I got my sandwich to go. But still, the sandwich was the absolute bomb 💣. Ate lunch here today and was very disappointed. Their signature sandwhich, the rueben, was dry and certainly did not have the amount of meat that they claim. My friend ordered a club sandwich and the toast was badly burned. When I mentioned it, the waitress said that was the way it comes! She did offer to remake it. This was my first time visiting this location. The inside seating area is nice, it was post-lunch-rush, so it was quiet. The patio was nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both sandwiches ordered were pretty heavy on the sauces, so they were wet and drippy, which wasn't great. They tasted good, just soggy.
