12pm 3 employees working assuming the one is a manager looks hung over. I am the only person in the lobby and the lobby is disgusting. Food and debris on the floor multiple trays stacked over the trash can. The bathrooms are nasty, 𤢠I ordered a chicken sandwich a bowl of coleslaw and a drink. Thank God the food looked decent. This was my first time to this location I probably will never return. I don't know exactly what the damn employees are doing but they're definitely not cleaning anything while there is absolutely nobody here. The doors glass is disgusting fingerprints all over the place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in many months. I give them the benefit of the doubt because like I said there's literally three employees. No curb appeal whatsoever trash and multiple debris outside it doesn't look like anybody's cleaned the parking lot at least not today. Had to clean the women's toilet before I could even use it there was urine on the toilet seat and I was not about to clean the sides of it somebody else can do that actually works here. No hand sanitizer in the bathroom or in the lobby.. this place needs a manager that doesn't look like she's either high or hungover. Everybody was nice but nice does not cut it no wonder the outside looks so bad cuz the inside looks just as bad.

Do not order from here. Worst location of kfc. Came through the drive-thru after ordering a mobile order to pick it up. Was freezing cold outside, and I simply wanted to pick up a few biscuits. After telling the male employee with what seemed like a Nigerian accent(only pointing this out to be able to identify them) tells me in a very inappropriate tone âYou need to come inside. HUH? I said come inside.â Why have a drive thru in the first place if youâre just going to make the customer come out in freezing weather? Workers are rude and incompetent(not saying i expected any competence at all, though), as there were only two other people waiting for their food and 4 employees to prepare them, which should absolutely be enough. Biscuits werenât even warm, rock solid. Absolute worst KFC location Iâve ever been to. Do not come here.

They're laughing and joking which is fine but if you can't get an order right while working then you shouldn't be playing around. Customer service has gone way down hill.

There was one family sitting there eating (it was not busy). I walked out of there with I will not ever go to this location ever again (this is the second time I've had this exact experience at this location). KFC should be ashamed, if they even care.

The service was impressively quick, making the whole experience even better. The store was spotless, and the employees were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The GM, Elsa was amazing! She was very accommodating and pleasant. Itâs very hard to find someone so positive and enjoyable in the fast food industry anymore. If you're in the mood for disappointment served cold, look no further than the KFC on Sawmill Road. My recent visit was a masterclass in how not to run a fast-food restaurant. First off, I ordered a family meal, but apparently, they thought "family" meant a single, sad person eating alone in their car because half of the chicken in my order was missing! what was there was a box of cold, disheveled chicken that looked like it had been through a rough night.
The chicken itself? A tragic mess. It was as if someone had taken the Colonel's recipe and decided to give it a personal touch by forgetting the seasoning and then leaving it under a heat lamp for an eternity. When I bit into it, I was greeted with the flavorless, rubbery texture of chicken that had long given up on life.
In summary, if youâre craving a meal that leaves you hungry and questioning your life choices, the KFC on Sawmill Road is the place to go. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and head anywhere else.

I recently visited KFC and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, the prices are outrageous. Fast food should be affordable, but I was shocked to pay $15 for a combo meal.
The quality of the food was abysmal. The chicken tasted stale, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. I specifically requested mashed potatoes without gravy, yet they still came smothered in it. The biscuits were inedibleâso hard that one didnât even break when I dropped it on the floor.
The macaroni and cheese was served cold, and the chicken strips were disturbingly fatty. Overall, the entire meal was gross and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.
