WORST KFC EVER !! Not just one visit but several..DO NOT place an online order The app says your orders ready but it's not They fulfill it when you arrive.. I brought this to the manager's attention Shes very rude saying it doesn't take long to get your order...it does when your waiting in line and your order is not ready I always show up 10 minutes after the app says it's ready but it's not.. The previous bad reviews by other customers is not a coincidence.. Chickens ok hockey puck biscuits The most watery gravy...Corporate gave me a refund. This store needs a lot of work, it seem it’s ran by people who don’t care….. I have had cold/ old food handed to me before and had to turn round to have it remade their when I told her she answered “o it’s cold” today I walked in the kitchen guy is the only working ,the service guy is sitting In a chair staring at the walls while the lobby is dirty, the manager is in the office with his legs kicked up watching something on his phone. We walked in 50 minutes before they closed and the kid had to check to see if they can make chicken ?? The sign says they close at 10:30pm the kid says they close close at 10 and it’s 9:10pm Other times I’ve come to this location and their general manager And all other managers are on the phone and not paying attention to what m order is and then apologizes hands me my bag and continues talking on the phone. I love KFC unfortunately this is the closest location but service really needs to be stepped up

Terrible KFC. Every table was nasty, even though they were dead. The windows sills were covered in dead bugs and dust. They gave us 4 instead of 5 pieces of chicken! Would highly not recommend

We waited 45 minutes for our order to be served. We dine-in and we saw how all of the drive thru and people that ordered AFTER US getting their food while we didn’t. When it finally arrived there was an entire meal missing: wings and fries. We asked about them and received the wings only to found out that the fries were still missing… asked for a tea refill and it was HOT, the ice at the cup melted, literally.

Please people don't eat here i do doordash and I refunded my customer after seeing how dirty this place was the employees had no gloves on they didn't speak English at all the kitchen was gross plus watching one employee grab raw chicken then grabbing a coustmers bagged order a older lady i told her I would get a refund watch how they handling food she asked for a refund i got my coustmers order refunded also this place needs shut down !
I do not know why but the KFC on sawmill is consistently bad. Order will be what they decided you said. A 3 piece may be a 2 piece. The drinks are 90% ice. And you wont get fries till your third time asking. You will get mashed potatoes and like it
