RUDE EMPLOYEES! Every single one. Managers need to re train. I came in tonight and the lady with the black sweater and the guy with bleached hair were being extremely hostile and unsanitary. The guy was eating samples in front of us, and the girl had sooooo so much attitude. Shame. Will not be returning. And the ice cream ranges from 7- 11$, which is ABSURD! Absolutely not. Goodbye Kilwins, hello Jenis!

I went with my husband to get some ice cream, as it is a pregnancy craving of mine. When we entered the store, we were greeted and the man who was helping us seemed friendly at first. I was in a wheelchair, as I am disabled and unable to walk very far without collapsing, but I really didn’t think anything of it because I usually use my chair when I go places with my husband. I made a lighthearted comment saying that it was hard to choose an ice cream flavor, to which the person behind the counter responded, “it shouldn’t be too hard, you’re sitting down.” I was confused as this obviously was not relevant to ice cream selection. He must have realized that he shouldn’t have said that because he proceeded to mumble “sorry.” I continued with my selection without acknowledging it, but am very disappointed that this comment was made so easily with zero relevance.

Great ice cream shop as there are not many local options! Plenty of items to choose from. Was a little on the pricy side but it goes with the location. They have an enormous selection of chocolates to choose from if you don’t like ice cream. Didn’t get a chance to watch them make chocolates but sure the kids would love it next time.

Parking: Parking is free but you may have to walk a bit!

Kid-friendliness: My son loved it!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in

The woman whom shall be called Karen for lack of name tag and I presume to be the manager acted rude to our party of five. Karen gave my wife looks as if she was below her. We were the only customers in the store yet she was ringing up each scoop of ice cream as it was being served as if we might get one past her (steal). The ice cream was very tasty but I do not reward this treatment and will not return.

Awesome ice creams flavors and great service. Unique flavors makes it different than other ice cream shops. I tried traverse city cherry and my son tried chocolate coconut travesty. Both were delicious ?.

The truffles were also great as well. Location is also a bonus for family and weekend outings.

Closing at 9pm during summer basically when its still light outside is dumbest thing ever. And this is a night spot with tons of people still out!

Great ice cream. Even better than the ones in Michigan. It is a little tight getting through it when it gets busy.

Make sure to come hours before “closing time”. This used to be one of my favorite sweet treats in the bridge park area, which is no longer the case. The last two times I have tried to come the doors have been locked before the closing time with employees still inside. When a customer came out I had popped my head in asking if it was too late for one more scoop “said in a sort of jokingly way” and the lady was very rude and said no we are closed with an attitude, even though they were not closed yet. Very frustrating especially when craving a sweet little treat. Will be finding my sweet treats elsewhere.

Solid ice cream at a price that beats places like Graeter's. I got a single scoop of the Marsh-Mallow Smore in a cup. The employee gave me a very healthy, large scoop. Big bang for the buck. Ice cream itself was great, I enjoyed the flavors, and it had a nice creamy texture to it. I'd definitely like to go back.
