Make sure to come hours before “closing time”. This used to be one of my favorite sweet treats in the bridge park area, which is no longer the case. The last two times I have tried to come the doors have been locked before the closing time with employees still inside. When a customer came out I had popped my head in asking if it was too late for one more scoop “said in a sort of jokingly way” and the lady was very rude and said no we are closed with an attitude, even though they were not closed yet. Very frustrating especially when craving a sweet little treat. Will be finding my sweet treats elsewhere.

Solid ice cream at a price that beats places like Graeter's. I got a single scoop of the Marsh-Mallow Smore in a cup. The employee gave me a very healthy, large scoop. Big bang for the buck. Ice cream itself was great, I enjoyed the flavors, and it had a nice creamy texture to it. I'd definitely like to go back.

I'm glad this place is here!! There's restaurants everywhere, but now there's a place to get dessert!! Ice cream, fudge, chocolate dipped treats, ice cream cakes, and milkshakes for any taste. I'm picky about my ice cream, and I make a point to come here when I can.

Visited on Tuesday 5th September at 5.30pm. The shop is very nicely decorated and clean - smells lush too!The female behind the counter was really unfriendly, not sure if she was having a bad day or not, bet she wasn't welcoming at all. The guy came over to serve us too and he was really polite and friendly, told us about the origins of Kilwins in Michigan etc.The ice cream was nice however the turtle sundae was really poorly made by yhe female attendant. The 'hot' fudge sauce was cold, there was hardly any pecans and the ice cream portion was very stingy . For $10 you'd expect to be getting better quality. That's what we get for betraying the turtle sundae from Culvers I guess.Plenty of other ice cream shops that provide friendlier service and better tasting ice cream.

We live right by this location and come in at least once a week!The customer service is very professional and kind. We loveee the Carmel apples and ice cream, but also enjoy the large variety of sweets they have to offerIt's the best candy shop we've been to in town, especially the ice cream, 10/10!We will be back soon!

I spent $40 on chocolates only for everything to be thrown loose and unwrapped into a large paper bag…let’s just say that buckeyes don’t hold their shape well like that.

This is a perfect location, but it is never really busy!! It is good, but not that good. It isn't very flavorful ice cream & it definitely is NOT worth the prices. Why is it so dang expensive?! The staff is extremely young.
