My partner and I had a wonderful time here together. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat. The food was delicious and fresh. Our cocktails were phenomenal and each one picture worthy. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job taking care of us. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back!
Really good mid-morning breakfast in Oct-2023. Dining room was surprisingly busy for a weekday. Took too long to get a server, but once the server engaged with us, service was very good. Menu is creative and inventive, but not "over the top." Lots of table-service restaurants in the area have a good breakfast menu, but Kona also does very well-executed espresso drinks, which is much less common... puts them in the same elite (not necessarily fancy) category as Cafe Elena and The Woodbury.
Another AMAZING meal at Kona! I had a friend in from out of town for the OSU game and it was her birthday so I wanted to take her somewhere special for dinner. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Christina and promptly seated. Our server, Kathleen, took great care of us from start to finish and, as always, our meal was delicious. Thank you!
Ladies night out to celebrate one of our favorites and the night was awesome. Robby, our waiter, was so great. He answered every question asked with ease, confidence, and quick wittedness. I was impressed; waiting on a bunch of older women can sometimes be overwhelming:) the cocktails were delicious, the food was delicious. (Calamari, Brussels, salmon cooked perfectly, flavors so yummy) and then the manager came over at the end of the night to give us some complimentary pastries left over from the morning to help celebrate the bday girl! what a great venue for a lovely evening out . thanks Kona Craft Kitchen and Robby and Brett?, and the chef.
Absolutely love Kona Craft Kitchen. Was able to go on a Saturday morning before the farmers market and had a wonderful time. Brunch was delicious as always and the ambiance was great with people coming in and out from the farmers market to get coffee. Love that they have the option to sit down and dine or counter service for coffee and pastries. Server was fantastic! She was very excited to recommend different options and made us feel very welcome. Overall, love Kona and recommend it to everyone I know!
The seasonal lattes are amazing!! I wish we could order lunch sides like fries along with breakfast sandwiches on all days, like right now brunch hours are only on weekends! The owner and servers go out of their way to accommodate special requests or correct any mistakes. Service is really fast. I find myself going back frequently for coffee to go anytime i'm in the neighborhood!
8 of us girls decided to do brunch here prior to heading to the Little Brown Jug horse races. Most of our first times and we were blown away by the service, brunch menu options, and absolutely the BEST mimosas of our lives!! The drink items were absolutely outstanding! We want to make this an annual tradition now.
The food was delicious!! But the menu was very small for brunch, and I could only order burgers, salads, soups, and appetizers. I would suggest going for breakfast, before 11am or after 4 pm when the real dinner options become available. Waiter was a little slow as well. The burger was amazing tho!
Kona was a great place to eat in BridgePark! Food was fresh and tasty. I had the grilled chicken and bacon sandwich and fries. My wife had the smashburger (single). Both were awesome! We also had a number of craft cocktails. I had the Perpetual Righteousness which is a banana bourbon based cocktail. It was very light yet satisfying if you like something on the sweet side. Price was average for a BridgePark venue. The service was very, very good. Our server was always there when we needed her and was always wearing a smile.
It was a little odd - my Island salad was delivered to me with salmon that I did not order. My friend's Watermelon salad was supposed to have salmon but did not. We were told “we don't put salmon on the watermelon salad”... although thats how she requested it. It didn't make sense. The person who delivered our food was not our waitress and seemed confused. Our waitress was awesome and our experience was good otherwise.

We went during lunchhour. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. I had a strawberry goat cheese salad with chicken, which was delicious and coworkers had burgers which also looked very good. Our server was very nice and food service and bill payment was prompt and kept us on schedule.
This was our 4th visit here at Kona, and have always had a great experience, So much, my girlfriend wanted to have her birthday celebrated here with her daughter. Everything was exceptional
Couldn't make the drink I wanted due to an issue with their cold brew machine. Was brought a regular iced coffee instead without being asked and was still charged for it. Biscuit was Burnt and was told that's just how they have been coming out. Was offered toast as a replacement. Replacements aren't substitutions and I shouldn't be charged for things they couldn't do correctly
Service was awful. Delivered wrong salad twice so I finally just took it. Water was never refilled and I asked several times. They were not even that busy. The menu is overpriced for what you get. $20 for a (wrong) salad! Plain and basic food not very impressed. Drinks were so strong I couldn't even drink it. Overall very disappointing and don't plan on returning.
My cousin and I stopped here for happy hour on a Monday. We were greeted right away and chose the outdoor seating which had a nice view of the bridge. Half price appetizers so we decided to go with two of those instead of a meal. I started out with the Perpetual Rightousness drink, which was delicious! Then I went for the Pina Fresca, which was good...but beware! I did not notice it said Serrano Tequila in that drink. I was expecting light and refreshing and was not expecting the fire. LOLFor appetizers we chose the Salmon Poke and the Graham Cracker Calamari. I really liked the Salmon Poke...but I absolutely LOVED the Calamari!!! It was cooked perfectly and the citrus aioli was spot on! It was fresh and tender without any hint of chewiness. I wish we would have had room to try the Lemon Ricotta Flatbread as that looked amazing, but will have to wait for next time as we did not have any room after those two appetizers.
