I know an employee who came from another Kroger location. I'm not sure if he's still in this particular location. This guys name is Peter. When I saw him on Bethel Rd he was very loud, rude, annoying, reminded me of a drunk thats an alcoholic and just acted like he didn't want to be working. He shouldn't even be in customer service at all. I was told by someone else who works at the Bethel Rd store that he went to this location.
You can buy most anything except for a car.
Get the app, the digital coupons are amazing
Only 4 self check outs were open the line for self check out was down the chip isle. This isn’t working. Bring back cashiers. (Nothing against the employees working they are clearly trying their best but they could use an extra person)
Why do they close the main entrance by all the parking at 8pm leaving the entrance with no parking out front open. No well placed song to even see.
Gets worse every time somehow. Out of 1 in 4 things I need. No registers open, can't afford that, but has the money for 7 managers wondering around the store staring at things.
Honestly I am not a Kroger employee please have more people at your registers. Allowing customers to have pit bulls in the store that are pets is a health code violation and a joke. This location needs to do better!
Love this kroger!!! if you have the rewards and shop by them, you save SO much money! Always clean & stocked shelves, also rarely wait to checkout
Dont trust the bakery department to have what you ordered. Submitted an online order with more than time to have it done. The day came for the birthday party and they had no clue where the order was and the cake decorator had called off. Thanks for being unreliable.
We have been a customer of Kroger for over 45 yrs. Dublin & Sawmill Rd stores. This past shopping trip made my wife & myself really wonder about Krogers existence. We bought over 40 items & had 6 items (plus 4 more found in review later that day) that we were over charged per what was marked at their location. The cashiers scan so fast it is difficult to monitor what we are being charged & if we suspect an item is wrong the cashier may change it but seems to just keep scanning & waiting for us to pay. When several other people are in line waiting we pay then move away so the others can proceed. My wife went to the items she suspected to verify the display then to the Customer Service desk to wait in line to dispute these items. The person did refund for thec6 items. The other 4 were charged at almost 50% higher than was the display cost. My issue is that Kroger has had this problem on going in the past number of years & it is becoming more prevalent. It would seem in this high technology era that getting the correct price for an item should not be that difficult. Then there is this added issues of digital coupons & buy 4 or 5 items of similar grouped items that throws the whole pricing / charging to a new challenge. I really wonder how many people overpay for many items in this fast pace world & don't realize it. Beginning to sound like another Dollar General trick. Kroger you use to be better than that. What happened to those days? Yah I know. The almighty $$. Aldi & Walmart may start to look better.

This place sux! They keep moving things around just to get you to meander throughout the store, and they stopped scheduling checkout clerks, i am not gonna self checkout a cart load, so i always ask them to bring up a clerk, if they dont have one i have the person standing at the end of the checkout area do it.
You can basically get everything at a Kroger marketplace, their pharmacy is amazing and text me when my meds are ready for pick up AND text regular reminders… the food is always fresh and I love there’s a Starbucks inside to drink while shopping
Employees are very friendly!
Don't be fooled by their.$30 off $175 digital coupon for delivery. Fine print says it applies to Kroger truck deliveries only and then Instacart is the only service available. I tried to change my order to pickup minutes after making it and was unable to, so I am out the delivery fee and tip, costing me $30 more rather than saving me $30. Delivery orders are not done through the local store so they were unable to help me.
I only shop at this Kroger, because they keep the store stocked (Compared to the other Krogers). I also want to thank the following people that always go above and beyond for me:
Produce: Stephanie, Jen , Phil, Jordan, Caleb, Dylan, & the sweet Hispanic man that cuts up all the fruit & veggies.
Bakery: Jossette
Deli/Cheese: Both Brandons. Tim, Majid, & Danny
Meat: Austin, Charles,Michael, Jarod, Kenny, & Kacey
Dairy: Kevin
Sushi:Jisoo & Silvia
Front of store: Amanda, Chase, Barbara, Brandon, Both Kyles, Ash, Mark, Marilyn, and Rob
