I am not a fan of self-checkout. Bridge St. only has self checkout. I had to call Abdi, the Attendant because the register would not accept my Listerine. Then I had to call him a 2nd time because the register charged me double for 2 bruised grapefruit from the clearance rack. He did not know the price and I didn't want to wait for confirmation. I suggested we forget the grapefruit. I said prices are high; you don't have an express line and twice I had to call you. He said, "Can I put the grapefruit in your bag?" He didn't charge me. THAT's outstanding Customer Service and the reason why I pop in--even when I abhor the self-checkout.

Terrible prices, everything is so expensive. They pay their employees an unlivable wage. The food is never good there, except maybe from the Sushi section. The produce section has gnats, mold, and other unsanitary things. It is always crowded, and there is not enough lanes, so expect a 20 min wait when checking out.

One of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to cannot find anything even simple things like brown sugar signage is terrible. Merchandising is terrible. I will never go back to the store again. Good thing there's a giant Eagle nearby and Aldi and Whole Foods.

This Kroger Marketplace is the best, when it comes to stock! Also, they have the freshest & affordable Sushi in Dublin Ohio! They also have the best flowers, and they deliver!

I will never order another cake for a birthday or occasion here. The cake was absolutely beautiful but it tasted like cleaning solution and made my husband and I sick. The birthday girl wouldn’t touch it. I give them they know how to decorate and like I said was a awesome looking cake but taste wow no thank you.

Me and my friends were buying drinks at Kroger early this morning, one of my friends is Arab, the other is Black and Arab, and I'm Mexican. We walked from school so we all still had our book bags on us. As my friend reached for her drink, a worker rudely yelled at me from across the isle while walking past the white teen boys and coming straight to us. She immediately assumed we were stealing. Since she strongly believe I had stolen and kept repeating that she saw me put something in my bag I told her to check my bag instead she kicked us out and embarrassed me and my friends. She told us she didn't understand why we had to come in early in the morning. This Kroger is right next to a very diverse school district and always treats the students of color poorly. I always hear that they check my classmates and friends bags before leaving but I have never heard this come from a white classmate. The entire time this employee was nothing but hostile and rude, we have never been treated this poorly at an establishment before. We're tired of being discriminated like this just for what we look like. Just know we won't be coming back to this chain grocery store. I thought better of Kroger and I've been completely starstruck at how wrong I am. This place isn't even worthy of a one star review for how they treat me, my friends, and classmates just because of how we look like this is truly unacceptable behavior and we shouldn't have to be treated like this.

I feel like I work here, bagging my groceries trying to keep up, then reprimanded for helping...Literally all the groceries were backed up with no employee to help, so I helped. Reprimanded several times, like full on scolded me like a child!!

I always love this Kroger, provides me with the best sushi, what else more could a girl want? It is always filled with amazing, respectful employees.

why don't Kroger have individual rolls of paper towels instead of all six pack rolls.

This location is usually clean and well maintained. The staffing is off. There are never enough cashiers on duty. I know there is a labor shortage, but if you can't get people hired, you need to pay more. 20 minutes in-line is too many for a grocery trip.

I shop here regularly. I have always found the produce fresh, the store well stocked and the staff helpful. It's a great place to grocery shop and not spend as much as you would at the fancier groceries.

Its really not terrible but items that have special advertisements are frequently out of stock.

Lady working at the self checkout was speaking in a disrespectful manner and kept repeating "I don't know" in a rude voice after I just asked how the debit card pin works since it was my first time using one.

Staff are great. Inside store is great. Click list for months now gives me subpar barely sellable vegetables. Onions have bad spots. Lettuce is browning. Onion tonight was rotten. Once in awhile I consider it normal but every order I now think they send the old vegetables to click list.

After a long and tiring day I ran to the grocery store to get a pick up a few items. There were two young men working together at the cash register I wish I had caught their names, they both worked so good together and were friendly and interacted with every customer they served. I would like to give them a shout out for being so positive and bringing cheer especially during these times were so often people are sad. This was Sunday night at 8:21 PM.
