Decided I'd try this place after being advertised and given some coupons at the Franklin County Fair. The food satisified me but not the service. They looked short-staffed with only one waitress present as it took almost 10 minutes to get me seated and she brought out both my appetizer and main course at once which was a mild inconvenience.

The food makes up for it though, so I'd say it's worth the wait.

It's as good as it gets while still being a LaRosa's. Service was great and food was hot

Let me first say the location was clean and well done. The server was quick and friendly.
Now for the bad...we ordered a large pepperoni and half sausage. Flavors were good problem the pizza had very little pepperoni. The pizza was loaded with way to much sauce and slightly underdone.
Also ordered a baked royal hoagy. Each half of the hoagy (I'm not making this up) one thinly sliced piece of capocolla ham and one thin slice of salami, tomatoes, onion.
There was almost no meat on the sandwich.
What a disappointment.

My husband loves LaRosa's and grew up eating it so I decided to give it a try with him. He loves it, gives it a 10/10, personally I give it an 8/10 only because I had the same quality of pizza in Cali and it didn't seem like anything special to me. Still good! Just not for me, I guess.

My son loves the garlic pesto pizza and it's the only place to get it in town.

The moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed by how clean the place is. Even the booth I sat down at didn’t have so much as a splotch of grease or food on it. The overall design of the building is very easy on the eyes, and has a pleasing, old fashioned aesthetic I always love to see. The staff were super nice as well, quick to serve and very welcoming.
As for the food, it’s also great. The cheese pizza I ordered was nothing but fresh and delicious.
Great place for anyone in the mood for some really good Italian food.

Went here for the first time, Daniel B., took my order, was very friendly and I enjoyed the conversation. Order was up fast and fresh and had me back on the road quickly. I appreciate him for recognizing I'm a veteran and giving me the discount. ? Pizza ? smelled great, had my appetite going crazy and the scent drove me crazy on my 10 minute drive home , picked my daughter up from volleyball ? and she couldn't take it either ??. Pie's were great, we'll be back ? soon. Keep up the great work #teamLaRosa's

Thankful blessed man

Here is my honest assessment of LaRosa's and our experience. Let me preface this by saying that I originally come from the Cleveland area where they have REAL pizza. Th ordering process(by phone) and pick-up were excellent and well organized. Now for the pizza. Here are my ratings from 1-10(10 being the best):Crust: 3It wasn't crispy at all and with little flavorSauce: 4This was very sweet (reminded me of Romeo's) and honestly tasted more like a pasta sauce versus one for pizza. It was really poor and did taste like it is very processed and came out of a can. Honestly I could start tomorrow and make a much better one and a real Italian Nona would never make it taste like this. Why do so many shops continue to believe that the sauce has to be so sweet? This is an immediate turnoff for us.Toppings: 2We ordered "spicy" Italian sausage and green peppers. First of all the amount of toppings was very small, and the Italian sausage was not spicy at all and with little presence(along with the peppers) on the pie.Overall this was a very disappointing experience. We had high expectations and came into this thinking that because it was a successful family business that this would be a good choice but it was anything but that so doubt that we will order from there again. My recommendation is to stick with something like nearby Enrico's which is much better. I continue to try and find "real" pizza in the Columbus area, but continue to find that there is nothing like what is available in the Cleveland area which is sooooooooo different and much, much better.
