I’m not a local so I was here with a large group of people in town for a softball tournament. My husband got a bowl of chips (which is a chip/salsa bar by the front door.) Unfortunately, when I got to the bottom of the bowl there was a large dead bug. Vomit! When I brought this to the waitresses attention, she made a face of disgust, took the bowl and walked off. That’s it. Never heard another word about it.
I’ve never worked in the food industry, so I don’t know the protocol. But as far as customer service, pathetic! I just would have thought a manager would have come to say something. Yet, I was charged for all my food and extra gratuity for my party. Paying for my food is fine, but like I said just some type of apology from a manager would have been the least they could do.

This company has gone through some sort of shift to the soulless corporate model of business. I’ve been a regular for years, and it’s unpleasant going there anymore.
It began with hearing staff muttering about inanely stupid rules; it has escalated to the company clearly getting rid of any of the people who have loyally worked there for years for insanely arbitrary reasons. The new crew is unintuitive (if you even recognize someone on any given day), and the service now sucks. Not to mention, I’ve seen the new management for weeks. The new GM spends most of her time talking to her boyfriend or gossiping. She’s never said hello to me, nor have I seen her speak to other customers or help her employees much.
Why is this company firing loyal staff and alienating a loyal clientele? I even tried emailing and heard no response, naturally.
The food will go downhill, shortly, as the new corporate busybodies find ways to cut corners.
At this point, I’d rather go to Applebees.
I refuse to return.

How, in 2025 are there still restaurants with no changing tables in the restrooms? The food was cold and the table was sticky and the “help yourself” chips and salsa were gone for the majority of our visit. Will not be returning.
I got supreme burrito and french fries 🍟. Was my friend Adam 47 birthday. First time ever going. Never heard of the place. He picked it and everyone loves it 😁. So yummy 😋😋😋😋 definitely should come here plus it's next to pins and 16 bit arcade my favorite place

The picture says it all. Got 3 dips and 2 beers for $20 with the tip. The only gripe I had was that there were barely any seasoned chips that came with three dips. I asked for more and after 10-15 minutes of waiting and not being able to track a bartender down, I decided to do a lap to see if they had a self-serve chip station like some other Mexican places. Sure enough they did, so I pretty much was waiting on nothing.

Absolutely amazing place to visit. My fiance and I already love Mexican food so we wanted to try out another local restaurant. We ordered as soon as we sat down and had our food less than 5 minutes later. The music was also an absolute bop. Will 100% come back again.

We go once a week for a quick and simple date night… Servers are always amazing!!!! Attentive, prompt, and super accommodating, even though we don’t require much attention… We always feel welcome and comfortable! And leave fuller than we should everytime!
