Pretty disappointed in my carryout order. We waited about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and then ended up missing our appetizer. When I called and asked for a refund I was told that I needed to speak with a manager and that one would call me back. I still have received no call

Overall our meal was very good and the service was fantastic. My elderly parents shared a Flo’s Filet and couldn’t cut through it because of the silver skin or gristle. Without hesitation our waitress took it off the bill. Every else was very pleased with their meals and drinks. I’m of the impression this was an isolated incident because LongHorn is consistently excellent.

I felt racist today. I tried to eat out with my family for the last day of 2024, but it was a dirty last day. I got a waiting text message because they said I could wait 10 minutes, but the teams that came later asked me if I had heard anything from the 8 teams while they were going in, and the waiting registrar asked me to ask the person in charge of the seats and the person in charge of the seats told me to talk to the waiting person.... We were the only Asians and all Americans. I ended up waiting half an hour and just came out. Those people's behavior of just calling my name and without saying sorry was really rude and the worst long horn I've ever been to.
Being so racist we waited like 30 minute and we didn’t get to get in and others went inside faster than us worst place ever

We stopped in for lunch. Just 2 of us and we both ordered chicken sandwiches. Pretty simple, restaurant wasn't busy at all yet it took an hour and a half. Service was way too slow!

The food is really good, from the complimentary bread to the steak. However, one thing I did not expect to go wrong was the waitress accidentally drop my bread on the table and left it as it was and I had to ask for a new one. Before I got a replacement, the response I got was “it only touches the table and nothing else”
I am not sure if it is a tradition to serve people bread on the table in Ohio, but come on longhorn, seriously?
